I have trouble focusing at home too but for me I could probably improve that problem by organizing and decluttering the home office and ignoring CZcams etc. when I should be concentrating on business. An away from home office space would be great, though and sometimes handy for meetings but usually lobbies and cafes are fine for those.

Invest in a building, use one unit as an office and rent out the others. Take equity out after a few months.

Great video. Productivity is a big factor in having an office. Working from home can be difficult at times if you’re easily distracted. Especially if you don’t have a quite space.
from someone who has worked in an office for most of my career - I am much more productive at home. At the office there are too many people who interrupt all the time.

Just turned 20. I just Got a Storage Unit a few months Back for my Merchandise. And just got New Storage Racks to Properly place everything and bought a New Chevy Express Van to Bring and take my Supply around to the Swapmeet. You got to Invest to grow, hopefully open a Warehouse in 6 months soon.

Biggest pro... you'll have an official location for clients to meet you. Rather than meeting somewhere, or them coming to your home. We lost many clients because when you have a space, it's more professional. Businesses around you will see your business and more than likely will support your small business that'll help make up for the extra overhead. That's my experience. :)
Congrats, BTW lol! Having a space to separate work from home, HUGE upgrade in productivity. Allows you only to focus on work, and not what laundry you need to get done, cleaning, or preparing dinner. lol

I have the same problem. I've been able to start making a full time income from my YT channel, but I battle working at home while my wife and kids are there. I feel like I need a small office away from the house. So I can focus on my work. Hopefully I can afford it soon. Thanks for the video!

I did. I used a co-working space in Bakersfield. It was cool but I couldn't bring equipment and record as I wanted. This was the next logical step for me
