I have a clothing brand too and my question is how do you plan on what to drop next and how to grow what process do you follow or do you just go with what you think will work
I would say look at what's working in your store. Look into building a theme of 3 to 6 items.
Try going down a more niche field. This will allow those who like your stuff to come back for more, instead of always trying to recruit a new audience.
