I have sane specs but card was from Gigabyte and you can play on 1080p ,FULL HD on 70-100 fps on v.high

i get like 60 fps but the stuturing it like always happens when crash or too much stuf going on in the game then it stuters

use msi afterburner to cap or lock the fps. I have the same stuttering issue. I cap my fps at 40 fps
