Yes it will ! even coupled with i3 4170 you will be playing around 40+ fps at high settings all the time

Sound Tester yeah just get yourself 2 sticks of 4gb 1600 mhz ram in dual channel that helps a lot

Sound Tester i would recommand a better power supply ! that's not enough , get a 400w Psu 80+ and you're good to go !
