It’s dope that popular creators like David and simplynailogical are so open about their thoughts on marriage. It really helps to normalize doing things in a “non-traditional” way and opens the conversation about the different reasons for having a wedding and the issues that can come with it. I feel like so many others just use their weddings as a way to get more followers (not everyone but like still)

Planning my wedding was a lot of stress, but in the end it was very memorable and we both enjoyed it. You really don’t need to plan a huge wedding. Honestly, a cook out at your house is perfectly fine. Invite your closest friends. I think there’s a rule of thumb where it’s like have you spoken to them within the year? If not then don’t invite them. If you have a cookout who’s the closest people you would invite.

Not sure if David follow the Try Guys and know abt what happened between Try Guys, Ned and Alex. The whole situation is crazy, and no one expected anything like this to ever happened. Especially from a guy who constantly mention how much he loves his wife every chance he could (now looking back at it, def not normal). It would be great to hear David's thoughts abt it. 😊
I really feel that. I used to pick up dead people for a living. It's not really something I wanna talk about at a party or family event. Id always answer Transporter.. so they could assume whatever, but someone who knows always had to fuck it up. Theres nothing like a discusion about decomps or worst calls during and after Thanksgiving dinner. 😮💨 or being out with friends and they decide to tell the waiter. Always felt like it was more fun for everyone else to know someone in the field.
