I really appreciate you guys and I love how grateful Jason is. Makes me realize how my super close knit circle is very important to keep around and that we all want each other to win.
That banter/roast session about Ant cracked me TF up! I miss that, I have a very select few friends I can do that with but it's kinda hard in Asia I noticed compared to when I lived in the US. In America, that was so common and I love roasting my friends/getting roasted. I really felt the bond there that they had my back and stuff. In Asia, sometimes I don't feel as close to some people if I can't call them a dickhead or something and have to be "polite" or keep the status quo.
Btw, I have the same feeling for whenever I promote/market/advertise stuff, I have that sickening/fake feeling. Maybe it has something to do with low confidence/self-esteem growing up? And the need for parents' approval? I noticed the ones who have delusional tendencies/go all out and succeed tend to have had a very strong family foundation and loving parents that supported them. Very family oriented people and I've also noticed it's usually people that have lived in the same area or country all their life.
This is just me riffing off the top of my head. I'm sure others would probably understand the way better.
Anyway, SQUARE MARDEN! 🤣

Jason Cheny has a deep Chinese accent but speaks broken Chinese.
The r sound in Mandarin is only for northern Chinese. You don't really hear it in the south at all

Funny jokes 😄 but Taiwanese mandarin is more pleasant because they're southerners, we actually annunciate 🤣. The mainland Chinese accent is more northern and the ccp tries to standardize the northern way of speaking on tv and stuff. You'll often see mainland chinese shows are actually dubbed over with their "standard" accent
