I disagree with the whole nothing ever happens thing, since "nothing is gonna happen" is what people thought in the years leading up to the first world war. Most people at the time thought that the war was just gonna be another short war in the balkans, but it turned into the bloodiest war in history at the time. We can't just look at what's going on in Israel and just say "It's just another israel-palestine war" cos looking at the politics of the region in such a simplistic manner is one thing I feel people are going to regret in hindsight when something **does** inevitably happen. Might not come out of this israel-palestine conflict, but it **will** happen one of these times.

Beside that assumption, we know from Weather Forecasting Modells (which don´t include cloudseeding in their calculation) that Dubai was expected to get 150-200mm of Rain that Day. There are some studies which quantify the precipitation growth by cloud seeding to 10% but that doesn´t change much in this Case. In any Case, there would have been severe Flooding in Dubai. So whats the Cause of it?
- Weather: On 13rd a Cut-off-Low developed over the Black Sea moving Southeastward. That Low Pressure System with very Low temperatures in High Altitude (11°C in 850hpa) and the high Water Temperatures of around 25°C lead to large evaporation. This caused strong Thunderstorms and Rainfall
- Water Temperatures: These seem to have been slightly higher than usual (Long Term Average) there. Which further elevated the Ammount of Rainfall. We are currently exiting an Positive indian Ocean Dipole which leads to higher ocean temperatures in the northwest part of the Ocean Area.
- Climate Change: The Indian Ocean Dipole sits on Top of a generally warmer Ocean by Climate Change.
- Extremely Bad Infrastructure: The Sewege System in UAE is a Disaster, especially in the fast growing City of Dubai. There is always flooding when it rains a bit more.
Conclusion: Further Investigations are needed and are ongoing. Maybe in a week or two we will get results on what the Cause of this was.
Fun fact: the Polish flag did actually have blue on it, but in the time of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth (the Lithuanians were the allies)

After many years of dictatorship and on going wars in Africa, some of the Portuguese army personnel were angry and unhappy with the government. So they decided to do a revolution a big one! After too much pressure and treat of tank fire, in the afternoon Marcelo Catano has surrender to the revolutionaries. By that time there was a huge crowd in that place which was yelling "Liberdade!" which mean Freedom. Marcelo Catano was then exiled to Brazil.
After the revolution many things happened. They ended the war and gave independence to our ex-colonies,it was putted a democratic elected government in Portugal, and many politic prisoners were released. This revolution has still effects nowadays and its called "Revolução dos Cravos", because many craves were given to the soldiers plus only 3 persons died during the events because of some angry government employ had a gun.
