Glad to see you involving/teaching your son the how too’s of proper assembly. I just purchased this black stone w/ air fryer drawers. It was already assembled. Two of our knobs would spin without pressing in (broken) made a call to black stone customer service and the replacement parts were on their. Took about a week to receive. Now I’m waiting on my helper(husband) to connect the propane tank. Wish me luck.

We got rid of our propane grill. With the Blackstone it’s really all you need. So far we’ve cooked burgers, fries, steaks, chicken, fish, eggs and bacon, hash browns, tacos, fried rice, shrimp, lobster. With the Blackstone you could almost also get rid of your kitchen stove and just cook everything outside!
You guys did a wonderful job. Thank you for the video! Did you wash the top before using it? I just finished assembling mine after picking it up from Costco. Wondering what my next steps are. Also, what did you use to season yours? I usually season my cast iron pans with Crisco.

No Rust so far. We do keep it covered when not in use. For us it’s a definite keeper. So easy to cook everything on it!
