Thank you so much for your video. I watched several videos before receiving my griddle and have to say yours was the best. I followed it from one step to another out in my driveway while watching your video on my phone. I was able to easily do it by myself in about 45 minutes. Now on to the seasoning step. Thanks again.

@@PhilCrockett Too much trouble to start with and all we can eat is pretty much turkey and chicken. I used to grill and smoke all the time but as I got more geezerish it's just a pain. Being diabetic and my Sweetie is hypo-glycemic cuts out the 'fun' stuff. We just do it on the stove with maybe some olive oil and that's pretty much it. Simple stuff is like moving to another country any more.

Sure changed how they ship them now. Would have been helpful if the instructions had advised to put the stabilizing shelf in with nut for the LP stabilizing bracket to the left.
I imagine the packaging and parts will vary over the years
Does this model can be converted to a natural gas griddle using the conversion kit?

Does anyone knows why the propane hanger us not included in model 2151EU? I’ve ordered this grill in Germany and the holder was one of the main arguments as i have to move it always before using.

Just purchased one of these and the lid barely fits around the griddle top. Not even close to big enough to get over the brackets. Have you ever heard of this?
I have not heard of that. sounds like a manufacturing issues on that one. hope you can take in back or call the company.
@@PhilCrockett we were able to return it from where it was purchased and get a new one. Was for sure just packaged incorrectly.
