Stephen Hawking was a wise man but no where near the best scientist he is a theorist there are better scientists but it doesn't matter no one will listen regaurdless of who it is or even how great they are. The world is full of stubborn people aswell ignorant.

I know right, it's not like Stephen Hawking works with people who work with smart scientists who do this thing for a living. His opinion on Artificial Intelligence is as good as somebody who read a Facebook post of "Why AI is so cool".
Yeah I do agree with you but I do think his opinions are probably more valid and more likely to be true because he’s a lot smarter and knows more about an AI then the average person
