Thanks, Michael. Been watcing your channel on and off for years, some great tips, but one I have yet to find is one for traps? I can't really find any decent calisthenics exercise for building bigger traps. I feel like my lats have grown 100x, but my traps are still the same, any tips? Thanks again!

Hi Michael Great workout. What´s the difference between single arm bent over row and using both arms?

Hi Michael thanks for the nice video, what is your opinion about negative weighted pull ups with heavy weights? Would they also produce strength gains?

How many pull-ups in a row can you do? How long did it take

Right now probably 40-50. At my peak 60+ strict. I was doing 40 pretty regularly just with my traditional non specific training since I rock climb a lot.

What your ideal week look like for pull-ups ? What are your workout ? I mean are you doing EMOMs and if yes how many times in a month ? When you're doing weighted pull-ups how many sets and reps in general ? And after the pull-ups, how many of the exercices you showed are you doing ?

So usually I do my training after a climbing session so I’m nice and warmed up for power training. My training usually consists of stacking exercises in a circuit for 4 rounds- ex. Bicep Curls, Pull Ups (weighted mostly) then deadlift. Something like that, I do each exercise for 5-20 reps depending on the weight. I do heavy pulling about 3 days a week, grip strength 3 days a week, run almost every day a 5k+ on the tread when I wake up. The workouts usually depend on how I’m feeling. If I’m tired I lower the weight and do more volume, if I’m feeling good I’ll go heavy for lower rep counts. Always stacking exercises though with about 60-90 seconds rest between rounds.

Being smaller and weighing less makes a big difference.

Exactly, trying to increase the rep number while trying to bulk and putting on mass is a losing battle 😢
