Love that you always use a spatula to utilize every morsel. I have a collection of them, too. Food Channel cooks throw bowls in the fancy sinks behind them with so much goodness in them. I want to yell, “Hey! Get yourself a spatula!!!” 🤣 🥄
Another delicious looking dish. We’re chicken lovers so this is simple & easy. You can add green beans…that sounds good & maybe use cream of mushroom soup
Kristin, YOU, your shirt, your attitude and your dinner dish are BEAUTIFUL 😊❤ I always love watching your videos. Hope you all have a WONDERFUL NEW YEAR and I am keeping my fingers, eyes and toes crossed Fred doesn't get into trouble with you 😂
Well My mom and I made something similar to that, but we made it with campballs cream chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup with about 1/8 cup of milk and mix it together on top of the chicken. We also put seasoning on it. We baked it at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min. . We call this dish Baked Chicken. We always paired it with rice., so the recipe we called it , is Bake Chicken and Rice. So good!😊😋 We don't put the stuffing on top, thats for another dish that we made called Stuffed Pork Chops. In fact Im planning to make Bake Chicken and Rice tomorrow as New Years tradition.😊😋 HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!! I HOPE IT WILL BE THE BEST ONE YET!!😊
We made this a little different. Basically the same recipe except we wanted a turkey feel so we used poultry seasoning w some garlic powder. Then sauteed some onion and celery and mixed that with the stuffing. Once cooked, placed on plate and covered with turkey gravy. Tasted not quite but close to turkey.
I can never take chicken out of the package and use it. I always trim off the junk they miss and rinse it because of all the bleach they use in the plant. I even find pieces of bones left on them frequently. But my mom does it just like you do. Blessings from the Northwoods of Florida.
I didn't realize I was eating something similar while watching! I made mine in the crockpot last night! Very similar. Needed: 1 crockpot liner!!! (I'm lazy!!) 1 box herb seasoned stuffing, 1 can chicken broth (again, I'm lazy and don't want to try to save leftover broth in a box), fresh chicken tenders or 4-6 boneless, skinless thighs, 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup (whatever you have), and seasonings. First step! Put the stuffing in a bowl and add 1.5 cups of chicken broth (3/4 of the can) and stir to make sure everything is wet and set aside. Pour the leftover broth in the bottom of the crockpot. Next! Put the chicken in a single layer covering the bottom of the crockpot, seasoned with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Soup.. spread on top of the chicken...no sour cream! Stir (use that trusty fork) your stuffing that has fully absorbed the broth to break it apart and loosely layer on top of the soup! Best, IMO, made with skinless, boneless chicken thighs! 2.5 - 3 hours on high depending on how your crockpot works! Love your videos! Where were the cats?
Do you put the rice in the bottom of the dish? I remember making something like that before. Was in a box called chicken helper or something. But should be doable from scratch. I have trouble with the amount of water or broth to add for correct rice doneness. I remember rice in the bottom, raw chicken, and some kind of flavored sauce.
@recoveringsoul755 no you cook it in a different pot. Put chicken over rice. I always use a whole cup.of sour cream. It makes like a gravey. It is so good.
@@lelandgaunt9985 you wash Ground beef? This video was about a chicken dish. Wouldn't ground meat fall apart if you got it wet? How? Do you wrap it in cheesecloth first? I don't understand
@lelandgaunt9985 I appreciate the sarcasm, but was very serious in asking. I know that "new studies" says you should not because it could cause cross contamination. I have never experienced cross contamination because I disinfect as I go. That is how I was taught, and it has never failed me. So, for sure, do what makes you comfortable 🤔.
@@jazzo720 Ooh better not go to Starbucks anymore, do you wash your ground breakfast sausage too; that is as dirty as chicken🤣 let us know what other meat items you wash.
Hey Kristin. Are your nails a gell polish or they are your own? Your hands always look so groomed. I need to cook things for one person. I usually freeze any leftover food I make for myself. Love your video's like a million other people.😅❤

Id call it more like soup pudding then soup jello, lol. Looks delish tho.
I cook this all the time. Next time wrap bacon around the chicken breast. Leave the stuffing off an put it over rice.

What can you use besides the French herbs seasoning?
Herbs de provense (sp) can be found in most stores.

Just a quick question....did I miss the point where you washed the chicken prior to adding it and the other ingredients to the glass pan?
I use a pressure washer on mine just lay it out in the driveway.

500 degrees for 8 hours😊

You should always wash ANY meat before cooking
