My aunt taught me this amazing pasta salad it's so good it addicting. I usually make a big batch and will eat it all week. I make 12 boiled eggs. (Sometimes I add more cause I love boiled eggs in pasta salad) but it's 12 eggs to a lb of pasta. 1 lb of whatever pasta I usually use bow ties. 3 cans of tuna. 2 big cans of black olives. I sometimes add more cause I love black olives. A cup or so of frozen corn. Then a mixture of mayo and ranch dressing more ranch than mayo. The ranch DRESSING not the powder. Salt and pepper. It's so good. When she told me how to make it I was like yeahhhhhh that sounds weird as hell but it is so good.

The pasta taco salad looks like an old taco salad I had in the 70s. It had lettuce tomato black olives onion corn beans Doritos and Catalina dressing. It also had taco flavored ground beef. That’s all I remember but it was so good! Your version looks delicious!!
I totally love that u used French instead of Ranch cause i absolutely detest Ranch dressing. Its so nasty. Then again i thoroughly hate mayo, sour cream, bleu cheese and Ranch. Not that this is part of the recipe but i absolutely hate peanut butter... Yuck!!!!!

I make a pasta salad using the salad supreme similar to yours but I use spaghetti pasta and I use the bottled Kraft “fat free” Italian dressing it doesn’t have all the oil .. I swear I end up using 1/2 bottle of that salad supreme…. That’s what makes it so good!!! 🫶🏻☀️🫶🏻
Hey Kristin..we live in Central Coast, CA (near Santa Barbara), and we have a big ‘ol black olive tree in our front yard. I love the gorgeous tree, but don’t like olives. Of course! Lol! You can have all the olives you want!! 🥰

I love this salad! I would leave out the avacados and replace them with cucumbers. Black olives would be the "cherry on top"! You are super and super funny!!!

It is 4 in the morning in California I live in Orangevale. I can't wait to go to the grocery store and buy all my ingredients for all three recipes. I love pasta also and I love cats we have eight feral cats that are rehabilitated in the backyard, I have six cats that sleep with me, and my friend Keith he has eight cats separated from the ferals.
Pasta salad is a great spring and summer meals. My step mother made a pasta salad that I loved. I wish I would have gotten her recipe. But I never did but I think of her often when I see or make my pasta salads. And I like using rotisserie chicken or a can of white tuna in water and I drawn off all the water off the tuna.
I'm looking for a good pasta salad that needs to be in the fridge (something like macaroni salad with mayo) no meat. Do you have any suggestions? And I love that you travel like that! Good for you, living life. This is amazing, thank you for all you do!
Ditalini pasta, chopped onion, celery, hard boiled eggs, Mix mayo with, garlic powder or granules, salt and pepper, your favorite herbs (basil, marjoram, savory are good) Mix all together and chill overnight. Add more mayo the next day before serving if it seems a bit dry. Add other vegetables (green or red peppers, broccoli, spinach, etc) as desired.
W ell this time I ate before watching the video and it didn't make any difference the salads looked oh so yummy and wish I had that to eat instead of the meatloaf dinner
I have a cat like yours and another cat a Shi Tzu and Blue Pit Puppy and they are all always in my kitchen when I am baking and cooking, and they won't move I have to step over them. Love your video's and your cat's

I really like pasta and I like pasta salad but I've never seen a taco pasta salad and this looks awesome I don't know about the French dressing for me I'm not too big on the French dressing it might make it good but I think I put a little more picante sauce or something for me yeah this is good and how far down south are you gal North Carolina up here😂❤
I learned avocado and tomato is fruit. I'd use cucumber instead of lettuce and Greek dressing. Looks good, though. Cucumber is fruit, too. Yes, on the doritos! 😂 Is that a cat food bowl? That Second salad looks so good.
Hey Kristen. Try spaghetti, salad supreme, Italian dressing, tomatoes and Parmesan cheese! Sooooo Good. All served cold great for cookouts or cook ins!
6:09 besides black olives i would also add red, yellow or orange bell pepper and some salsa.😅😮 If the salad gets a bit dry some chunky salsa does wonders too. I would also add some black beans for more protein and color..
I will substitute Catalina dressing instead if the French dressing. I will put the chips on the side so that they don't get soggy for leftovers. I will not add cilantro nor olives. More sour cream! I love the pasta idea. Thanks.

The taco salad you made I've always called it sombrero salad. I don't put avocados in but I do put black olives and diced green peppers.
