This show was one of my favorite things in WDW! Watching this video now YEARS later I still love it! I also am old enough now to appreciate the actors and their talents. When you’re a child you don’t think that way. These actors and actresses ran this show countless of times in one day! Back to back!
That Clopin was awesome! I saw this show NUMEROUS times in the short couple years it ran(I was 6-8), and the Clopin in this one was my favourite. So much so, that I wanted his autograph. When I got the chance to get it, he wasn't in the show, and it was the last chance I'd have. However, he was in the park, and one of the Cast Members who knew him told him I was a fan, and he went through the trouble to get in the full costume and makeup, just to sign for me. Of all the incredible memories I have of Disney World, that is bar-none my favourite.
@@larryrogowsky9995 wow, really is that you?! How old were you these days? I must confess that you were awesome, absolutely the best of all cast. Do you sing nowadays or keep acting?
Gotta say thought this is kinda cool that they recreated the movie in a little action form, I like the actual play way better. Much darker but very good.
I loved this show when I was kid! I have slight memories of seeing it when I was 4,5 and 6 years old! I was obsessed with Hunchback when I was a kid. I was sad when they got rid of the show at MGM 😞
she did tip his hat (ik that was minor, but it made me laugh); i think the reason why they don't interact too much is because their "relationship" in the movie and book is quite disturbing and it probably would have thrown kids off; i do think that the musical would have benefit if they had more interactions though
I remember watching this show I was either 3 or 4 years old and as I was watching this it's like watching the movie 🎥 of the hunchback of Norte dame and I love ❤️ Disney so much that I want my future wedding theme to be anything but Disney.
They won't put it in Hellfire but they'll keep the gargoyle's song? Well, that sucks. At least they even acknowledged the thought to do a play on this movie for the young masses.
+Envy Q I think help''s fire is quite a dark number in this movie, and as a kid I didn't quite like and understand the meaning of that, until later I realized what a meaningful and amazing work that is. So since those shows in Disney parks are targeting kids somehow they are more for family entertainment than value of art like the pre-Broadway production.
***** Ah, that is true. I guess I was so enamored by the song's art that I forgot that kids won't understand. Thanks for reminding me. At least, we have the pre-Broadway version.
Esmeralda is a beautiful. I like Quasimodo. And. Frollo Quasimodo. Is the best bell ringer. Frollo is the best sheriff To protect. Paris now he’s the bad guy
quasimodo he is just like the phantom of the opera and my phantom of opera is antonio banderas his soul purified my all body and jesus bless my A.D.N and my blood and i live in antonio and jesus heart
When it comes to the gargoyles, I'd say their most annoying post-movie pseudo-adaptation version might be MGM: true, The King/'s Academy's gargoyles were somewhat annoying, but at least they didn't make me think: "WTF is up with their designs based off the movie at eye-to-eye level of Quasimodo?" Overall, this adaption does well at keeping Frollo awesome and the production result under an hour of length, whereas TKA failed to do both. (TKA Frollo makes me laugh at the actor at how poor the performance was.)
i love the emotion in his voice Quasimodo shows when singing "Out There"
Meeeeee to 🤠
This should have also been at Fantasyland Theatre in Disneyland California in 1996 after The Spirit of Pocahontas!

My all time favorite Disney show. Wish it would return.

My favorite Disney movie and Frollo is my favorite Disney Villain 🖤💜❤️😍🙏🏻
mine too
Extremely beautiful because it was a great and lovely movie. Reminds me my beautiful child years
It feels strange that Frollo never interacts with Esmeralda once in this play version
she did tip his hat (ik that was minor, but it made me laugh); i think the reason why they don't interact too much is because their "relationship" in the movie and book is quite disturbing and it probably would have thrown kids off; i do think that the musical would have benefit if they had more interactions though
Miss this at "MGM" sooo much! One of my best Disney childhood memories, we never missed it when we went!
God, I wish I could have seen this. I haven't even been to Disney World.
I remember watching this show I was either 3 or 4 years old and as I was watching this it's like watching the movie 🎥 of the hunchback of Norte dame and I love ❤️ Disney so much that I want my future wedding theme to be anything but Disney.
My favorite part of the show and the movie 🎥 was definitely God help the outcasts and when phobias and esmaldra kiss 😘.
What a wonderful play

don’t worry Esmeralda Jesus is your friend
Fantastic
Were the f... is hellfejere !!!???
Mikkel Jeppesen They cut it out because it's too dark for the kids to listen to
It's in order to keep the kids safe and entertained
@@bellamovie2Frollo’s version of “Out There” is also cut out from this show
28:38 - 28:44 ESMERALDA!!!!!!!!
where is the hellfire song?
Hirondelle it was a show for kids so it was cut out not to scare the kids.
Se assustasse as crianças, não estaria no filme HUAHSUAHSUAHSUAS
It's an uncomfortable and dark song for the kids to listen to
So they cut the song to keep the kids safe
