As I understand, MBB firms also have a GMAT cutoff for MBA guys - 730 or 740. So it's more than just a degree from a good college or a good GPA or good work experience.

I watch all your videos regularly but am confused since IT is full of ups and downs, but am getting so many opportunities in sales and marketing i kept on rejecting them. Developer jobs are very in demand and rough right. What shall i do?
Depends on your interest:) If you are a good programmer - roles always exist! If you enjoy marketing and sales - you will definitely find good roles. Start developing skills in your areas of interest. You are just starting, so don't stress out:)
