Pepperman was only meant to be playable on RRF, and he got scrapped like a few hours after being thought up

The Noise was originally planned to be playable from day one, but for some unknown reason, the plan was cut from 1.0.

They did it so they could actually release the game (it took a while to make Noise playable)

As far as I know, all the bosses, except for Fake Peppino and Pizzaface/Pizzahead, were meant to be playable.
Vigilante (as a playable character) ended up just as a concept, I guess? I never saw any footage of his playable version, anyways, unlike all the other playable characters, he would have a health bar! And he would obviously use his gun to shoot at enemies, I wonder how they would balance his gun in the boss fights?
Pepperman was worked for a very short time before they scrapped the idea of him being a playable boss character, so he's more like, playable unplayable playable Pepperman, all I know is that he would have his charge, just like his boss version, so DAMN would he be fast!
And finally, The Noise, he was the one that was worked on the most as a playable boss character before meeting the same fate as the others, uncomplete and unused, until 2024, where he got completed AND reused! Now that's a good ending, except for Pepper and Vigi.

Considering you get The Noise once you beat the game with Peppino, the game probably assumes you know the base mechanics. It only shows you the altered controls that differ from Peppino.

by doing the crusher jump (up + z mid-air) and side spin (x mid-air) mash this move and you get a costume!

There a funny secret in this update when FakePeppino catch Noise as a monster Noise screaming so loud that make FakePeppino go away so Noise can walk now instead of running😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I enjoy the fact that most of the levels are different for the Noise. Like, dude, you get the fly ability IMMEDIATELY in RRF and when you get Satan's choice your fly ability leaves fire around you
