It's super impressive when a voice actor is able to make two roles sound completely different, but that's a psychotic standard to hold every other voice actor up to. 😅 'Range' is a matter of how well they can mold their vocal talents to SUIT the character. Dio is a completely different character from Deadpool and Peacemaker, yet Koyasu is able to competently fit into all three roles with ease. So yes, quite a bit of range.
