Living in Minnesota my whole life I have decades of snow removal experience and I can honestly say that this piece of equipment is not one I would purchase. Not that Ventrac is a bad machine but I can get an equivalent or better machine for less in my opinion.

I still wish we had the option of the 3000 series tractor over this. I understand that the transmissions were discontinued or something but that was a much more capable machine compared to this. It could fit in all the same places and did more than this machine. Also anything this machine can do the 3000 series did it better.

Why a vanguard instead of the Kawasaki?

It has more charge capacity to run the heated grips. It also has more HP and it starts better in the extreme cold.
Vanguard are more better than a Kawasaki. And start far better. My dad has a 22hp kawi and when he needs to start his motor. It’s give him trouble. When he had a 16hp vanguard before that. It cut better. IMO
nice job stepping up the HP, the competition was going to "blow" past you.

Damn thing needs a cabinet with heating ,that piece of junk is only good for the winters in Europe it's not made for north America!!!! I wouldn't take it even if it were for free it's only good for recycling and even then I'm not sure !!!!

@@ventrac So no mower deck? Just thinking a mower might make it a competitor with those stand-behind large area mowers. No zero turn but still a good ride on.
