Musakhan (Sumac Chicken, Onions, and Pine Nuts Rolls)

We all know how delicious musakhan is, but how about we take it up a notch and create that hot, crispy, flaky, musakhan rolls that are rolled into the phyllo dough we’ve made with our own hands? With a delicious chicken, onion, and pine nuts filling that’s filled with that tangy, delicious sumac. Hell yes.
