While I'm not to keen on Stax (as most folks know), it just was delightful to see al that back and forth happening! I really thought Elesh would be reanimated instead of Def Silence being played again...
Ob Nix keeps impressing me tbh ... All those little life losses here and there really make him bananas!
I really liked the Tymna Kodama deck, think I may have to build. But loved the win by coffee!!
Amazing deck, but really hard to pilot to a win. Also try Kahmal or Jetmir
Super cool deck to play; however the issue currently is that many magic the gathering players have decided that player removal is the best answer to a stax piece. So you WILL get stomped by everything they can send to you.

Surprised to see Electrostatic Field in the ob nix deck over Kessig Flamebreather since kessig triggers on noncreatures and field only triggers on inst/sorc

THANK YOU! Fianlly someone said that they liked the music. Worked so hard to find something that woill sound good and something that people will like. Been getting so many comments. "I hate the music" And do be honest the music was bad. But I am glad it is good now!

Mons/Pontus and co: what could the next generation of stax look like that can beat midrange??? I need answers!!
I love the complex stax grind, but it's SOOO had to pull a win. I tried Kodama, but I prefer Kahmal/Tymna or Jetmir to push through combat with zero dead cards.
I have sad news. I have actually started to plan a video with the name. "Stax is dead in cEDH". I don't think stax works that well anymore.

Stax is dead is a bit of an overreaction but for dedicated stax lists it might be correct.
The nev wave of srax list need to have a good plan themselves and use stax to gain some time. The good stax decks today in my opinion is shalai and hallar, Tymna halana hulk (gooseys list) and winota. The thing these list do better than "traditional" lists is that they have a concise plan and can present "early" wins and is just using stax as a one sided tempo piece.
But playing stax will always be playing on semi hard mode since you really need to understand what stax effects you can establish when or you might be giving wins away

Stax player saying they have trouble with the reasoning lol. Why wouldn’t anyone try to remove the player from the game that prevents people from playing the game.
depends. Sometimes you arent able to interact yourself and need other players to help you with that.
i feel like every game ive seen an archon resolve the player who cast it lost...
you mighe be right. I have played a lot of stax in cEDH. But I kinda think that stax is soon dead.
Stax is a trap 😉 this is why I don't like cards that increases mana cost or shut down interaction spells (not including silence effects to this, they are really good) for all players 🙂

It is kroxa but when I played this commander Ob nixilis didn't exist in moxfield. SO I used kroxa as a proxy. If you look at the decklist now you can see ob nixilis thiere.
What application are you using?
It is actually a combination of playtesting on moxfield and using OBS as a webcam to send that feed to spelltable. I have a video tutorial explaining how to creat that set up for free in this youtube video link.
