My 3rd Gen Toyota Tacoma Is Losing Value!

With the way the truck market Is right now my Toyota Tacome will probably be worth $10,000 If I keep driving It and putting miles on It. Hopefully It holds value that way one day I can trade it in for a 4th gen toyota tacoma. Thank You guys for watching.

Knowing it’s a 6” lift and cutting the cross member bar drops it in value a lot

The more unique you make any vehicle the less people will want to buy it when you decide to sell. Also at a dealership, your mods and “upgrades” won’t likely be factored into the trade in value. Things to consider when doing this type of thing to your vehicle

I have 2019 Tacoma SR5 stock with 65k, it’s worth what I paid for it. If you don’t plan on ever selling it and it’s good who cares what value others put on it. I have 300k in my house, but I don’t see it like that it’s only worth what I paid for it to me and I don’t plan on ever selling so for me a number is just that, a number as no relevance to me.

I change my oil every 4-5 months 3-4k miles price prob low because of all the mods

because who ever buys it is going to have to buy new tires and rims, mount them, install them, go through the effort of selling the ones they took off, take off the lift, buy a new dash and trim pieces and swap them out for the ugly red parts.
also with such a huge unnecessary lift, i would be more worried about wear and tear on mechanical parts of the truck compared to a stock height or 2" lifted truck.
