Itâs all about confidence for him, when he has confidence, he can be the best player in our team but when he doesnât play and William gets picked over him despite him being the worst player can be annoying so we have to give him confidence
These are just excuses.....Saka is best player in our team followed by Emile.
Lacazette and Aubameyang are also better than him. He doesn't get picked up by Arteta for right reasons.

Mahrez is the only player similar to him in the PL, look at the quality gap. Pepe is nowhere near.
Don't agree with Emile, I think he is actually really underrated. He he the X-factor for Arsenal like Bruno at Utd. He makes harder things look so simple that many fans tend to overlook it. His importance and impact gets neglected but I am glad Arteta rates him highly. For me Willock Bellerin Pepe AMN are in same boat.

In my opinion, he is so talented but his problem is mental. Decision-making in the final third can be improved, as well as putting in more consistent performances. He won't play every game but when he does he needs to be confident.

It's not about consistency. It's about the Coach's failure to enhance and unleash this mercurial talent. If he was under Wenger or Fergie or Mourinho or a better coach, he would easily be the best player in the league. He's one of the most skilled players the league has seen, but is not being well managed on and off the pitch.

Pepe has the potential to be world class we just need to get him closer to goal like an inside forward .. heâs the best finisher we have believe it or not was told Iâm training he does a madness heâs very technically gifted just decision making he needs to improve on..

I love the troubles his quick feet can bring to games.
The issue with Pepe is that he has these moments, but they're few and far between. Yes, he's not getting consistent minutes, but he'll play average for 60 min then pull this out of his hat. He rarely takes the game by its neck. Only player that we have who can do that is Saka.
