(about midnight) on my watch (X8 Pro v 1.14). The software is Wearfit Pro and my phone is a Galaxy A51 5g. Is there something in the settings I am missing? I am also noticing that the battery on my phone is draining faster in the past couple days. Thanks for any advice you can give.
Wearfit pro may be running down your phone battery. I got an alert on my Samsung phone about this particular app.

Hi, I was so frustrated with this problem, that as trying to use a different mobile phone did not help the situation, I bought a second HW12 from a different supplier, I but the problem still remains. I can pair the watch to my phone without any problem, I and synchronise them. However, when I try to download a watch face, the HW12 shows the the green download symbol for a couple of seconds, then the watch plays the startup tune, and the connection between the phone and the watch then breaks off for a few seconds. Once the automatic reconnect ion has has been made, there is nothing new downloaded. Any ideas?

@@BracketReviews Thank you. I have tried everything. The bluetooth connection between the phone and the watch is good. I can play music on the patch for example. However, when I try and install a new watchface, I get a message that another watchface is in the middle of being installed (which it is not), before the connection between the phone and the watch temporarily breaks off. I guess that there is some inaccurate information stored an a memory.
Possible. I think the problem is from the app. Just try another time.

Use the main app for your watch 7 snd it will connect. You may need to connect two Bluetooths to work well.

My Bluetooth is connected to both my watch (JW9 Ultra) and Watch-Call but I can't the Find My Phone to work. The watch says "Searching, phone is ringing" but it's not ringing. Silent Mode is turned off. Any suggestions?

I stopped trying lol, frustrating. It also connects to my bluetooth speaker randomly overriding the speaker. I have to turn BT off on the watch which makes the watch useless. Looks like buying the real thing is the only options. Hopefully an update will fix it

Have you tried connecting the watch to another phone brand? If it connects, please reset your phone Bluetooth. You will see that in the settings.
If it is not connecting to another phone, then you need to reset the watch and try connecting again.

You can if it is within 10 metres range and also switch on. Use the find feature in the app.
