Can someone tell how to get the navigation on the watch, when we open the navigation on the watch, it says open wearfit pro app to sync data but when we open the app literally nothing happens and there is nothing related to gps navigation in the app, is this a scam feature?
Depending on the specs of the watch, most of these Chinese smartwatches lack the GPS feature.
Top tiers or some brands offer that with a price.
I will suggest you check out brands like Oraimo, Xiaomi, Oppo, Samsung, and Apple for GPS feature in your next smartwatch.

Hi. I have the HW16. The only notifications I get are SMS and Phone. Facebook Messenger is not listed on the apps for notifications even though it is installed on the phone. No notifications for emails as well. Maybe Im missing something.

My Bluetooth is connected to both my watch (JW9 Ultra) and Watch-Call but I can't get the Find My Phone to work. The watch says "Searching, phone is ringing" but it's not ringing. Silent Mode is turned off. Any suggestions?

You need to connect the 2nd Bluetooth for Call function. Search it with your Bluetooth and connect.

Hello, I ordered a HW 57pro. How can I set to check my blood glucose level? The deveice could do, but I can only blood oxigen, blood pressure, etc, but not the glucose level.
Hi Sandor. How are you doing today? Please, note that smartwatches can only give you an estimate not accurate measurements. Theg are not substitutes.
I will recommend you use clinical ones approved by doctors.
But if you need it just for a quick check, you can use it if your watch has the feature. Try crosschecking it with real hospital equipments before you take this watch readings to heart.

Even I have the same doubt, I am able to see information in the watch (HW17), but I am unable to see a card for "Blood Glucose" in the Wearfit Pro App. As mentioned by Sandor, it shows blood oxygen, blood pressure, etc, but not the glucose level. In the watch when I check the blood glucose, it mentions "More data can be viewed in the app".
@Bracket Reviews : Yes, I understand that these are estimate and not accurate, But when the watch and the App are providing these features, I would like to use it. Interestingly, in your video, at 5:32, I see that it shows the "Blood glucose reference value" card.
Can you show us how this Watch-Call bluetooth looks like? You said in order for us to receive calls/messages from our phone, we also need to connect to the Watch-Call bluetooth.
Search for the watch call Bluetooth at the Bluetooth Scan on your phone. You need to connect two Bluetooth. One is through the watch and the second is through the Bluetooth scan.

Check if it has a second bluetooth and see if your have granted all permissions to the match at the app info on your phone (if you are using an android).

My watch will not ring when it's time for the alarm. All other functions are okay. Tried disconnecting/reconnecting, uninstall, clear app data and so on but still the same.

@@BracketReviews it's in full volume already đ. I tried setting the alarm for both two and five minutes ahead just to test and patiently waited for the time it should ring off but it didn't. I also have set an alarm for the next day and it didn't work. đ

If problem persist, make sure your Bluetooth, Data and Location are all switched on.

I think it is from wearfit pro server or app. Not your phone. Hopefully, they will fix it.

You need to use your Bluetooth to find and pair the watch call. Most smart watches use two Bluetooth. So, pair it now.

It can only track your sleep when it is PM on the watch. Sleeping or taking a nap in the day will not count as sleep.
So, the watch does that automatically at night.

I found out how to do it. On my contact list I hit pay, which brought up the choice of which number to add (mobile, home, work, etc). Once I made that choice, the number was added to the watch's contact list.
