@Bracket Reviews hello thanks for all the tutorials that you do, right now I think fitpro is not working with andriod 13 but the m2 wear app is working with the t55+ smartwatch series, you can pin it in your comment section, so people facing the same issue can get there watch fixed, thanks

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I disconnected bluetooth, got bluetooth to forget about the watch, then switched it on and got the watch to connect via binding. It worked

Please, restart the phone and restore the watch to factory reset. Then, try connecting them together.
My T 500 ultra is still not showing in the scan devices and when i scan qr code is still saying no corresponding devices found ,,i have turned on location and data and Bluetooth but still not connecting please help
Restart your phone and reboot your watch. You can restore the watch to factory settings. And try connecting it again.

When I go to settings on my smart bracelet what do I do then I try to swipe it to the left right up down and it goes to the next function on the bracelet
I wish I can see the bracelet and do the settings myself. Perhaps, you get a better smartwatch if this doesn't work for your phone.

Unbind the watch from the Fitpro app. Now, Restore the watch to factory settings.
And also Reboot the phone.
After you have done these, reconnect.

When I go to set that part of binding or searching the watch for connection sadly I can't the app says crash I can't go beyond that step...my phone is oppo A57 and my bracelet is watch 7

Maybe it is just drained out. I also just got mine and at first it doesn't turn on, or light up when I connect it to the charger. I let it stay on the charger for at least 30 minutes and it was still working, it also doesn't seem to be working. I really thought the watch was broken. Then the next day, I just randomly connected it charge again, this time using a 33W charger adaptor and after a few minutes, it finally lit up, indicating it was charging! I figured out maybe it was just very drained out so try to connect it to the charger for a longer time, like a few hours and then check again.

It is NOT Waterproof. It is only water resistant. Don't follow what is written on the pack.
