  • September 2012 I took a DNA test with www.africanancestry.com to determine my ethnic origin. I received my results back in October 2012 to discover that my maternal DNA indicate that I have a 99.4% match with the Tikar people of Cameroon in West Africa. Therefore I took a pilgrimage to visit my people June 2013 to further discover who I am as a Tikar man. This video is one of many that I documented during my stay. I hope you enjoy. In this video, I'm recording my Tikar brother, Issa Nyaphaga explaining the origin, history and reason for the remaining trench that surround the Ngambe Tikar village in Cameroon.

Very ancestral I say... This military tactic be able to be seen practiced next to Muhammad and his earliest followers.
