Should I stay-at-home with my Children? Rabbi Kelemen

Dear Rabbi Kelemen, I stay home with my kids. I see the importance of it, but sometimes I just resent it. I worked hard for my degree and now I often wish I was just working and not with the kids all day. When I'm being a ""good"" mom I'm happy I'm not working, but when I yell and completely lose patience then I wonder if it would be better for them if I were not with them constantly. I understand that I have to work on anger and patience, and I try. I would work part-time but that is not really possible in my field now. I can't imagine working full-time and leaving them with a nanny. What do I do? Thank you.
