Love the dresser but the knobs are no longer available. Can you recommend another knob? thank you!
Natalie How did u learn how do carpentry work? Did u take a clasd
@@laurayates396 I just got these for my birthday, lots of different sizes and excellent prices: YourGift 12 Pack Drawer Knobs Diamond Shaped Crystal Glass 30mm Cabinet Knobs Pull Handles (Silver)
Sorry. From Amazon.
The umbrella table floats my boat. I love that you love what you do.
I am a retired Int. Designer of 30 yrs and I find myself nodding my head in agreement on the way you present and do your projects and hacks. I've taught these kinds of classes at H.D. and your methods are clear and concise for the DIYer. I just discovered you and I'm now subscribed! Well done.
I love how you are both feminine and a power tool badass! You also have a super cute giggle. Normally, when CZcamsrs laugh it’s super annoying. But you are adorable, keep on creating and laughing we love you!!!
Wow that was so super sweet of you Sharona! Thank you so much🥰🙏💕
OMG, thank you for showing the projects that DIDN'T work out!!! That helps me understand that creativity is a process for everyone and you have to take a chance! If it doesn't work out, well, then we know how NOT to do it!!!
The dresser is beautiful. Love the color. A little molding, what a difference
I agree! That grey dresser is way nicer than the more expensive pottery barn version! Very inspiring!
The "unsightly" screws on the side of the stools are there to tighten the stool back up following prolonged use as they eventually do loosen slightly.
Exactly
Fortunately they're no longer "unsightly" yet still accessible.
The covers will just pop off and can be glued back again np
And who really ever tightens them anyway.
@@maryannprice2575 close to the population of the U.S, providing they're even minimally mechanically inclined.
I KNEW you were a BELIEVER!!! I LOVE that; me too. I can see it in your spirit of joy. Keep up the good work!!!
Hack #9, 35:50!: Tabletop Fire Pit!
Made a "fire pit!" for my youngest daughter who just bought her first house!
So proud of her!
Sat in her backyard over a glass of Reisling (mine watered down by almost all ice)--and, she said,
"Oh, Mom, what I want is a some kind of central heat for when fall sets in, to set on my outdoor table, for when the weather starts to change--and, we can all sit outdoors!"
"Ding! Design to the Nines, Tabletop Fire Pit!"
She absolutely loves it!
(Gave her enough of the 6-hour fuel to last a year, I'm certain (plus ingredients to make S'mores)!
Thank you!
Ironic, did Hack #10 for my middle daughter who lives in CA (also sent her your channel here on CZcams)!
My goodness! Love this episode!
Hi, I'm obviously verrry late in watching this vid - awesome and practical. Do you know what gold spray paint was used on the inside of the terracotta fire plant pot? Thank you ❤❤❤
I never watch videos like this, but wow, I’m going to start!!! You are so pleasant and enjoyable to watch, not to mention inspiring and talented too!!! Blessings to you and your family!!! Love and Prayers!!!🕊✝️💞
Wow! Thank you so much 🥰
You are classy and what you create it’s truly classy, elegant.
I know you have all the tools and gadgets But you are sure a kick to watch AND learn something. And that smile.
🥰🙏💕
You definitely have a gift! Your grandmother would be so proud!
I loved everything but that dresser is gorgeous! What a difference!❤️👏🏻❤️👏🏻❤️
I really liked how you showed many slower angles of you doing that dresser and all the drawers. And also you showed the entire job just a bit faster but we could see the whole process. VERY helpful. Thank you🙏👍😁♥️🌺♥️
That hack on the rug is amazing! 👏👏
I love Pottery Barn. However, not only are the crystal knobs prettier but your dresser has your special touch. 😁
You are one of my FAVORITE CZcamsrs!!! You are always so happy and energetic!! I wish I had an IKEA by me....
This is not the Debbie Wright that I know from Maine is it? She is one of my all-time favorite people.😊💕
You can order online and have things shipped to you.
@@designedtothenines I wish I was, unfortunately I am not. I have lived in Ohio my whole life.
The bathroom cell phone holder would be a wipes holder for me! Love it!
Wow! That dresser is great
OMG, what an awesome trick with the toothpicks and drape hooks!
What you did on both dresser was fantastic. You really made them look more expensive than they were.
Wow! Finally, someone else who sees the possible beauty in things and loves refinishing furniture and adding special touches as much as I do.
Amazing job on the dresser! In my opinion much better than the pottery barn piece. Not to mention the feeling it gives to be able to look around you and realize the beauty you've added to the decor in your home.
Two thumbs up and a 🙌!
A solar powered idea that I can actually use! The Summer is the only time we have sun, for more than 3 hours a day, because we have pretty much 24 hours of sunlight.
We are so used to seeing Lowe’s carry solar powered lights. We always wonder why they bother because they don’t work where we live, as it doesn’t get dark until winter. Then the snow and bitter cold prevent solar lights from working. However, a solar water feature would be perfect outside our bedroom. All “night” long we can listen to the sound of water and relax. Ahhhh.
Thank you! You are very clever like a friend of mine, that’s been a neighbor, on and off, in our husbands former career. She sounds like you and has the same laugh (and jokes). She is absolutely creative and wonderful. Your channel is like me visiting my wonderful Cathy! -She has a lavender farm now!!
You have THE BEST IKEA HACKS!!! And vids! 😉😍🙌🏻💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
You took that dresser and made it from a pumpkin into a beautiful Coach.
Thank you!
That's my favorite one, that dresser is gorgeous, I want to get one for my daughter when we move and glam it up!
I love watching your IKEA hacks. Curtain was the easiest pinch I've ever seen. I always love your furniture remakes. Keep up the good work.
I’m so glad! Thank you so much Linda💕
Linda, they also sell drape tape at places like Joanne Fabrics. You just sew the tape at the top of any fabric and add the hooks for instant pinch pleated drapes.
Beautiful!! I’ve found that if you’re really careful, you can paint-in-place! Great job!!
I watched another video and snoozed and woke up to your voice and I think God led me to you! First of all, I have been wanting to put trim on my bare walls with just some light trim but I didn't want to do all that hand sawing with a miter box. I had no idea there were miter shears! Oh my gosh! Then I had a plain dresser like the one you started out with and I was just going to paint it with the same glass knobs. But now I can add that beautiful trim! This was serendipity! Now I have to watch all your videos. Thank you thank you thank you!
Wow! That’s one of the nicest compliments ever. Thank you 🙏
GURL! You can chop this up into four different episodes, at least!! I can’t believe I’ve been watching you for so long…I’m in bed, trying to go to sleep 😂! Quadruple your money! We are here for it! And MONITIZE! You are missing a great opportunity to eventually have a dedicated studio space (away from your house), hire camera person/editor, and then do projects for others: Decorated Vacation Homes to the Nines…for Less!
Thank you for all of your ideas, hard work, and creativity. Of course you were a designer, it shows!
Edited: apparently I no longer spell well.
Thank you so much for watching so long. This originally was actually five or six episodes all smashed together… CZcams likes it when I put these types of videos together… It really promotes it and helps me to meet even more amazing people like you! Definitely monetized and growing over here… I’m glad you are cheering for my success.🥰
@@designedtothenines - I’m happy to hear that YT is encouraging and promoting your success. You could have a TV show, you are brilliant! Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to write to me.
Wow. Such kind words! Thank you so much for brightening my day.
I agree that she's an incredible talent, but she's also a smart business woman. I believe that she's doing exactly what she wants for this period in her life. When you are passionate about what you're doing, you have the best job in the world. This is a job, and she works plenty of hours, while she's helping out thousands of people learn how to decorate on a budget. With her experience and talent she could be the most highly sought after designer anywhere that she was. Have you watched other people's videos? Her productions are nothing short of professional all the way. Money isn't the top of everyone's priorities. I am a business woman, who has owned multiple businesses. I owned a major company all by myself, and as a single mother. The money that I made wasn't worth the time it cost me to be away from my children. In my opinion, she's doing exactly what she wants to do, when she wants to do it. I have more admiration and respect for her than most of the millionaires that I ever worked with in my life. She's found a way to have it all.
@@saritapearce9958 - Indeed!
That mirrored dresser was gorgeous! I will be converting two nightstands as soon as I cane get mirrors cut! Thank you!
WOW!!! I haven’t seen you’re video’s in a while. I watch so many of different sorts, trying to bin watch..😊 I absolutely love, love everything I saw watched on you’re videos. You’re amazing, and beautiful. Glad to see you again.❤🥰
I think you are an incredibly talented artist. I love ❤️ all your work. God bless.
I love the little baskets and the rug. Your dresser turned out amazing. Thanks Natalie
Thanks Stephanie!
Super cute bathroom!!! What lovely earth elements. 💗
All your projects are fantastic! Very proud of you!
Love how happy and giggly you are. I can tell you have such a sweet heart!!
I hope your face doesn't hurt from smiling soooooo much. Lolol I love it!!! ❤️
You are so sweet! My cheeks don’t hurt. They’re strong 😃💕
It's really refreshing to watch you tackle things I never would have thought possible...and with such casual grace. What do I think? I think they are all amazing!
Thank you 🥰
Tip: When painting flat surfaces like on dressers, instead of using a brush or sponge, use a weenie roller. Your paint will go on smoother and faster.
What is a weenie roller
Dorian grey is my favorite grey! I painted my entire collection of odds an ends bedroom furniture in that and white.
The umbrella hack is amazing.
You should sell your wares
Extremely talented.
The dresser is stunning!
Very creative ideas. I need to get over my fear of the saw.
I love this video and all the great ideas, NataLee! Amazing. You have a new fan!
Wow your dresser came out beautiful 😻
A hour and 20 minutes with NataLee yessss please. You're so creative. I truly love and enjoy watching you.
You are always just the sweetest to me! Thank you so much for always brightening my day with your kind comments.
@@designedtothenines aww thanks that's who I am. You're so very welcome. I love brightening ours days. You and a few other CZcamsr's always brighten mine.
Hah! I fold my toilet paper too. Who knew? Loves all your diys. Thx for sharing 💥
Thank you so much 😊
Wow the cell phone shelf is such a clever idea!!
I brighten my days at IKEA. Today I thank you for this review.
I've been working on rethinking and renovating my (rented) flat over the last months, and - as an experienced craftista - have of course browsed hundreds of IKEA hacks in the process. Yours are literally the only ones I have come across that not only look really, really professional *and* classy, but are super well explained and doable - even for someone like me who doesn't have access to a fully stocked woodworking shop. ;) Thank you *so* much for sharing all your creativity and know-how with us!
What a deal on the stool, so great! I love the rug! The baskets are so cute, but simple, love the buttons! The dresser tuned out so beautifully! I love the gorgeous topiary! I love the transformation of the nightstand, so stunning! The fire pit is amazing! I absolutely love water features! So pretty! The umbrella table turned fantastically! All of the IKEA hacks were so fabulous!💕😊🌸🌺🌻
Thanks so much for watching Beverly! 😊
You are so creative. Thank you so much for such wonderful ideas !!!
Love these all. The topiary and umbrella stand was fabulous
I love the press n seal hack! that stuff is the best.
Of course they're all great ideas. The one I really like was the dresser with the mirror, I've wanted to do mine for a long time.
It’s amazing how you improve the look of plain furniture.
I really like the dresser with mirrors. So art deco.
AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME job on the dresser. You did that girl!!!
Thank you so much Paula!!
NataLee, you are an absolute genius!!!! What I LOVE about your hacks, is that not only are they easy to do but you take affordable, easily accessible goods and make them look like designer items with a little bit of work. Being from South Africa, we're not as fortunate to have an Ikea store but you literally show how to take any item that you may already have at home or that can be bought and make it look stunning. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas. Much love from S.A xoxox
that dresser - fabulous!
You are unbelievable!! BRAVO!🎀

I totally agree with you I love everything she does. I look forward watching every show.I watche.all of her hers first. I love and I have watched just about all of them. I have three favorite she's my number one and the Latino next door is number two and number three sadly I got a new phone and I cannot think of her name. She has long hair I guess you would call it dirty blonde or light brown. She was on the show with Lone Fox one time. If anyone knows who I'm talking about please let me know her name I miss her show so much. I also love Lone Fox!
Thanks . I never expected such a big difference in the rug!
you are just great, I can"t stand it if I only see hands who are doing something. no I like to see the person who is showing me what have to be done. it is great that we have a lot of Ikea stores in Europe and with that we can follow you with out any problems !!!
You are amazing! I love all the hacks! You did a fantastic job on everything. I love the mirrored dresser. And the curtains are beautiful 😍 I just love it all.
Thank you so much!!
Loved the mirrored chest! Here are the reasons I love your channel: Your designs are impeccable; as a grad of the Cleveland Institute Of Art (back when it was hard to get in) I was taught by the best, so I know good design; Your workmanship is absolutely the best to be seen on You Tub; your explanations are so very clear and never condescending; you are so empowering! There! Thank you so much
Those curtains were fantastic!!!
