I am playing it, thanks for making this Video. I liked the Anime a lot. A little tip: In one of the Event Shops you can buy Equipment that boost one stat by 5200, huge!
I just played the tutorial. I think this is the best representation of what idol games should be. In this game, I can see my idols perform live or I can just skip the live performance as if I'm reviewing their performance from my office. My job is done when they goes to stage and let them do their best to perform.
Best of all, I don't need to push buttons during their performance for them to success. I seriously suck at rythm games, so this one is a good one, refreshing take on what idols game could be.
Edit: for those who curious the size of the game is 12gb, with all data in-game downloaded.

Yeah. Just start playing and loved it. Feel like i am managing them myself instead of playing for them.

This game feels to me like idol uma musume you are a manager and your gameplay is literally that managing your girls and sending them out to perform so if its gonna be like that i can hold some expectations for it after all uma musume is very popular just from doing that

As ex early JP server player. Idoly Pride is one of representing idol gacha games that differentiate from another idol gacha game which some of them turning into rhythm games. This games is good to go if you're a busy person and wanna see your idol growth as long as you're progressing. And, as a franchise (bcoz this is canon sequel from their finished airing anime) they're giving a solid idol story. You're gonna saw alot of motivation, struggle, and problem every member faced and you're gonna feel root for them and see their story in the future. Regards from Hayasaka Mei and Ichinose ReiP. And, thank you Sayaka Kanda a.k.a Nagase Mana VA.
For anyone interested, I highly recommend you watch the anime first, it is a seasonal so pretty short, but the ending was very memorable (keep those tissues ready, you gonna cry lol). The game is not a replacement for it, since the game "reimagines" a lot of the scenes and greatly expands on the lore. It also rushes on of the mayor plot twists in the prologue... Mana who rose to be the greatest idol of all time (in this game`s lore) tragically dies and is sticking around as a ghost that only Manager can see, to fulfill her "dream", that is the main hook of the franchise...you know aside from the attractive idols XD As a side note, the girl who played Mana actually killed herself shortly after the anime aired, hence why its a big deal there is even Mana banners atm.
Deifinitely did not have to mention the last part. But may she be forever immortalised in the game
they are already putting more effort into their animations than 90% of gacha games, lmfao

I used to play Starlight Stage, and I'm fan of anime idols, so it isn't weird at all to me.

Played JP ver before, was enjoying it for a few weeks, then got bored and uninstalled afterwards cuz there's really basically no gameplay. You really need to like either the character or the seiyuu to actually enjoy playing this for a long run.
I'll take any idol rhythm games over this anytime.
Have you ever played any of the Love Live gacha, or watched their anime? Or the Bang Dream rhythm gacha? It's not embarrassing to play those.

It is a product to please your eyes, while cummuting by bus or waiting in line at the doctor's office (if you are brave enough to play it in public lol). I don't see it as a "game", as to engage your brain in challenging way. It is a waifu collector app, waifu version of tamagochi or something in the line. Visually looks like a quality product, at the same time it is a passive money sink for whales or idol enthusiasts. I'm surprised, that it is released for western markets, it just looks like it is made for japanese culture.
This was great since they will be shutting down School Idol Festival All Stars end of June.
so i like the idoly pride anime but not much and after the anime is done i sometimes seen there recommended videos in youtube of their 3D in a game just talking to us viewer or producer to be called so i was kinda curios of their game of what actual gameplay it is but not curious enough to search it, so yea gotta thanks for stix for showing me this i know now that its only their 3D characters dancing is their main thing here not an actual gameplay which is also good for me honestly because the main reason i like idol anime is theres sometimes a good hit in dance choreography or their songs but if in terms of gameplay BANG DREAM IS BETTER THAN THIS cause its a literal gameplay, rhythm game with every new season event, can coop/compete with actual players also a GACHA GAME by the way but F2P friendly so the point is bang dream is one of the most popular anime rhythm game till to this day in mobile

The game looks alright and seems fun, with all the music and stuff, but this doesn't seem like my cup of tea. Plus, everyone knows the rule: you can't lewd or love an Idol. So yeah, looks fun, but not gonna try it out.
