For those of you who are laughing. In our culture, the way we express ourselves in CZ is very “raw”. If someone works bad, we don’t say “improvement needed”, we tell him he works bad.
If someone asks you “how are you doing”, it is not an opening phrase but it means someone really wants to know how we are doing - so expect a real answer to that. If there is a problem, we don’t call it a “challenge”, we say it is a problem.
So even if you speak to an average CZ Joe, it might sound funny. Add Jiří’s weirdness, his Czenglish and you get an outcome like this interview.

His English has improved but it is still brutally raw as our native language. He doesn’t care about actually changning the sentences to make it sound natural in English. He just converts Czech sentences to English. Raw af.
