- First, the Czech light heavyweight rapidly rose to fame in Japan. And once in the UFC, he just needed 3 fights to grab the belt. In this video we’re going to highlight the most memorable Prochazka’s fishishes.

This guy is such a monster that they drug tested him a record 51 times in 1 year - they seemed almost certain that he had to be on the juice. Yet he passes them all, what a legend, mad respect to Jiri.
massive respect
might need to check them knees
Probably he didn't eat the drugs, nevertheless buried them inside his fist or knees🤣
Dude is actually Built different
@@tnutss why??
My favorite things about Jiri are how unpredictable he is and how creative he is. You never know how he might end a fight, and that makes him really exciting to watch.
Imagine him against jon jones. Same creative style.
@@Whiterun_Gaurd Eh. I wouldn't call Jon Jones "creative". Tactical, with high fight IQ, yeah.
@Martial arts enthusiast lmao
Yeah. That "flying knee" faint followed by a simple one/two was just priceless...
@@Whiterun_Gaurd First Jon Jones needs to keep his nose clean. But agree, that would be fight of the year.
And now he's the UFC Light Heavyweight Champ. What a warrior!
Edit: he's no longer the champion, but it's because he vacated it after being injured because he didn't want to hold back other fighters from having their shot at the belt whilst he recovers. This man is quickly becoming one of my favorite fighters. All others should follow his lead in the sport.
I will waiting for him to be back, he always know how to make fight more interesting
Jiri will be back and why everyone hates him
@@likbingchang1945probably because he’s continually knocking Americans out
Exactly, the fact he stood down from the title makes him even more of a true champion. Not like some of these other primaddonna pull out artists that keep coming up with excuses to hold the belt longer without having to fight.
Like st pierre.
That spinning back elbow against Reyes is probably one of my favorite knockouts of his. It's both calm and savage at the same time.
You can see the moment Reyes bury his heels in the sand and decide he won't go down without a fight and Jiri still knocked him out, that fight was nuts.
Prochazka got KOed for a second by an upkick in that fight, he was lucky to survive
I love that he finds a creative way to finish his opponent even when he's exhausted in the final minutes of the fight. Truly a spectacle.
Yeah, watching him catch his breath and unload a finishing combo is legendary shit.
Am I the only one who thinks that - especially as he got more mature - he has great self-control after defeating his opponents? It is like he knows exactly when his opponent is defeated, and stops himself mid-momentum, sometimes before even the referee seems to have fully reacted. That is a very admirable aspect, and perhaps it is even a bit risky if you misjudge it.
yeah i hate when people punch unconscious people when they are obviously done, i get it, but when its super obvious just stop
it's his moral code, He doesn't want to hurt people as he once said, his whole journey is about having control all the time and Filly focusing with clear mind, that's also why he doesn't celebrate after he finishes the fight, just what he does, his way
@@tvojemanka true Warrior, He doesnt enjoy beating people, but He Is there to win.
Ngannou likes to land a final hammer punch on a corpse, just in case it comes back to life... I hate it.
@@yessir8089 indeed. And if anyone should be certain a fight is over if he lands clean, it's that guy. Not to mention how life altering his after strikes might be.
That elbow then spinning one, on Reyes, so masterful.
This guy has the correct instincts.
Jiri is one of my favorite fighters right now. Can’t wait to see the rest of his career in the UFC. 29-3 with 28 finishes is nuts.
Who are those three who beat him
@@ugochukwudavid8667 on early part of his career it was Bojan Veličković🇷🇸, Abdul Kerim Edilov (Kadyrov bodyguard fighter of Akhmat battalion) 🇷🇺 and Muhammed "King Mo" Lawal 🇺🇸 that he already rematch on his way
@Ugochukwu David - dude, did u not just watch the video above? They showed all three! Weird, huh?
This man has to hold the record for most KOs via flying knee 😳💪🏾
His charging knee should be a trade mark...
Prolly right
Maybe in mma

@@pgimacahilasadrianjude5699 if he meant mma alone he would've said it, duh.
What a great Slavic samurai and tremendous fighter with unique style and mindset from Czech lands. I was always rooting for this guy. Hope he will get his belt back after healing his shoulder🇨🇿
WTF is a Slavic Samurai lol
Jiří is xdd@@dearen7175
@@dearen7175Jiri 😂
Absolute LEGEND!!! Cheers from Poland 😉 🇵🇱🇨🇿
I can't help it, but that one-two Oezdemir KO from the perspective that looks on Jiri's back is just textbook perfect. That slowmo looks like a movie. In a fight things don't have to look nice to be effective but damn, I could watch that KO 24/7 and still be amazed.
In Document about him called "THE WAY" (You can check on his ytb channel) he was talking about his training one-two. On Miamuto Musashi (his big motivation) birth day he went on mountin, with just few bottles of water and he was practicing one-two 24 hours straight with no pause. I mean you can really see on this KO he mastered it really well.
One of the more explosive guys 205 has ever seen!
Jiri is one of the most entertaining fighters in UFC, what a beast 👏👏👏🔥
Jiri is both a unique fighter & a unique person.
Unique momentum and technique
This guy would be such a cool street fighter 2 character to add to the game!
Zangief / Guile hybrid beast
lol 😘
@@jl4183 oh c'mon... If anything... He's most similar to Sagat. It's easy, because Sagat's move set is based on muay thai. The flying knee is kind of the cherry on top, but the long arm one-two, the spinning elbow, the high kick, he's got it all.
His championship fight was a good one. Wasn't sure what to expect but, man to finally see more than a clip of him that night was fun and exciting
As a Czech, I must say that we are all proud of our Samurai.
You have all the right! Hes something to be for sure.
A czech samurai lol
he looks nothing like a samurai, I would say viking
@@ggoodie9527 Idc how he looks
@@Spacemen619 fair, but I think he's a hardworking guy, samurai weren't hardworking.
love the video format to include losses and opponent highlights to emphasize how impressive his wins were as well as his comebacks. better than UFC promotion videos imo. subscribed
I love the accuracy of his punches
Very nice resume. I think Procházka somwhere said, that after defeating Satoshi Ishi he became so popular in Japan, that he was offered to move to first class by flight attendants on his return flight to Europe
He has a Sagat vibe with his flying knees, amazing 👏
A beast fighter for sure. Not afraid to exchange and make it great for fans.
You are my favorite story teller of all. I don't even know some of these people and you make it so interesting. I love it
Very good video!) I like how detailed it is and that u show the opponents knockouts too. It makes him look even more crazy! Great job)
His Fights are so beautiful to watch
A man who truly deserves all his success. He eats, breathes and lives martial arts.
Man... Watching some of Denisa's flying knees is hypnotic. There's so little visible preparation movement. It's as if all his tendons coiled like springs and he just bounces into flight like some damn videogame character. I'm happy the he learned how to use it to force his opponents to block low and catch them with a solid one-two. It's a solid strategy. And I know of him for a few years, but am surprised how good his on the ground fighting is, even though it largely consists of escaping. Makes for great shows.
This guy has such a talent for building forward momentum.
One of the most technical hitters I saw till now.
The best one! Pozdrav zo Slovenska!
Very happy that youtube recommended this. Never heard of this guy.
That Czech is a future MMA hall of famer in my opinion.
Mad skills, mad respect, what a brutal representive of our nation, damn. Literally a monster
He looks like a fuckin viking thats gonna fuk u up in a minute lol
Thanks for representing all the Jiris around the world.
The thing is he's fought the best EVERYWHERE. RIZIN has some of the best fighters
notice how those who lost, lost for different reasons:
- hands not up, lowered defense
- looked away/down too long
- tucked head but then kept looking down
so many lost by not keeping their eyes on the opponent and either closing them or looking away
Some great setups by Mr.Prochazka, bringing people's hands down then going for the head, including a nice kick feint at 8:34 which brought the opponents hands down for the head strikes.
Oezdemir is a great counter-fighter (allowing the opponent to begin a strike, then using the opening to attack), so Mr.Prochazka began to become a counter-fighter as well, not only allowing the opponent to start attacks, but also used his own attacks as counter-attack instigators ( at 18:47 he uses his knee attack, whether it was a fake or not, to take advantage of the lowered arms for a 1-2 to the head).
Fantastic video!
Mand.
He is blessed,
By the Almighty
He is my favorite for life.
Respect and God bless You Champ.
Hezké video.Jirka je borec a šampion.
This guy truly is unpredictable. In all fights he seemed like he was getting knocked out but came back with a surprise knock out. Wow!
Great fighter, you never know what he throws at the opponent. That what's make him special. Jiri the UNPREDICTABLE!
Speedy recovery my samurai I won't miss a Jiri fight whenever he comes home.
I am czech myself, and I am so glad that you got his name pronounciation on point!! great video
jen tak dáál. narodil ses pro to. fandim ti💪👍
Now I see why he kept trying to throw that knee vs Glover 😂
It's like when you spam the same move against a difficult boss in a video game.
😂😂😂
man in our country (CZ) he is the legend of the flying knee :D

WhAt a stud! Can’t wait to see more fights
What a GREAT VIDEO!! JIRI the samurai is a monster!!!! I can’t wait for him to heal up & fight again.
Muai Thai is so flashy and aggressive, but so technical and defensive. Amazing discipline when displayed at this level.
Never bored watching him fight
Awesome
Your videos are absolutely fantastic. Love the effort you put into them, it beats the usual trash on youtube.
Yes, this is our Czech Samurai Jiří Procházka 🇨🇿
Hot damn. I didn't realize how much of a brutal weapon Jiri is.
I like how you set up the knockouts with knockouts... damn JiRi!!
What an absolute Animal!!! I’m a big fan now, how have I never heard of this bloke before!?!?
Very likeable guy big fan of him

This was a good show, thanks! 👍
6'4 and does all that.. beast!
I'm a newer fan of MMA and Boxing, but I've watched many matches in a few months. I have not seen anyone use the Flying Knee like this man. An arm punch can be brutal but look at the Mass and Muscle between arms and legs. Wild Impact and Power.

Sandhagen also has insane knees.
Welcome to being a fan of MMA. In my opinion, it’s the greatest sport in the world
Look up at Jose Aldo’s highlights if you’re a fan of this guy’s Muai Thai.. he’s a killer on his prime👌
This video is as close to perfect as it gets for a hype video of any fighter. We’ll done guys.
this is a really good video great narration great shots u sir are a hero!
For a heavy weight this guy can move so smooth
Light heavyweight
Can’t wait for the rematch with Glover!
What a joy it has been to watch this guy fight. Wow!!!
Awesome video!!! Exciting fighter to watch!!
I love how he channeled Jon Jones with the spinning elbow! He loves that flying knee too!
Jones didn’t invent the spinning elbow. Jones is an average striker at best.
@@FkTheUFC Jones might be a average boxer but he’s an elite striker
@@kingwan4051 No, he’s an above average striker. At best. Just because he can throw a kick and some elbows does not make him an elite striker. Reyes schooled him.
@@kingwan4051 Alex Pereira. Israel Adesanya. Rafael Fiziev. Those guys are elite strikers.

Perfektní výdrž styl technika moderní killer:)Jsi nejlepší a tvůj titul 2 te nemine,držím palce za celou CR;)
you are brutal my friend. I subbed when in another video you said "he had been flipping switches for years" lmao and now you say "he sent another passenger on the ghost train" great work
Luv Jiris fights not a dull moment
His fighting style is very risky, hands down at all times, but his inhuman reflexes make up for it
I am not an expert in any way, but I think he is baiting people. It is risky, but his fighting IQ is so high he just makes it work. Just a stunning fighter!
He got the belt man, and he had to earn it!
Admire the discipline. Well done
Wow he has some really awesome battles with tough dudes!!! Simply awesome.
I want to see Prochazka vs Blachowicz go down so bad!🔥
Slavic battle in the center of Europe. I wanna see this as headlining of UFC PPV card in Czech or Poland 🇵🇱🇪🇺🇨🇿
he's a huge and athletic LHW
Great video, thank you.

Jup, gathered all the rest of energy for that blow... That ko was amazing man
Was to get the right reaction out of his opponent
I love your content man. Keep doing videos like this, and you’ll hit a million subscribers in no time.❤❤💯
His late round choke out for the belt wasn't talked about nearly enough
It was made before that fight
THIS is a striker!
First time hearing of this man.what a beast!
Jiri is so gang-sta in his approach with the way he stares down his opponents. To see his eyes up close....Wow!
Now he is the light heavyweight champion 🏆🥇
It was Long time agow kkkk
Juri 😁😁🤣🤣 Jiři is not Jurij. It is a Czech name, not a Russian one.
Hello Everybody, I'm also czech, and im watching Jiři his whole career, and I and I would like to say he is technical as an fighter could be, because he is epitome what a Artist is. Look at his all fights no just ufc. In a short notice, he take from the other side (Opponets) everything what they have in them, he've never had a bad fight (boring). Because for him is everything. I've told he will be champ, and he is no matter he has belt. Just watch and you will see. :) Peace (in you)
Great video on jiri
No one in the ufc knows how to throw a punch like this guy
What?
8:33 such a pristine combination. I cannot fugging wait for the Teixeira fight.
