Trying to figure out what's going on. Have been sedentary too long from gallbladder surgery & then common duct procedure & then a fall & groin fracture last fall. I tried to do a little exercise & 5wks I've been hurting in my hip. Pretty debilitating. Thought bursitis, then I thought sciatic, now still don't know. Keep watching. Your awesome.

I strained my right hip due to overdoing squeezing of glute muscles (dealing with herniated disc), or at least that’s what I think.
In order to reduce the hip pain, should I be still doing glute activation exercises that you’re showing in shorts for hip pain?
Thank you very much for your channel ❀

Can you get this strain or sprain from muscle reaction from osteoarthritic knee? Not sure if I have this or tendonitis? I have cashier duties 20 hours/week in a "bone on bone" arthritis knee. I have tender to touch spot on that hip.

Hi I know this doesn't have to do anything with the hip but I've watched your meniscus videos in the past so I thought maybe you can help me. I had a meniscus repair 6 weeks ago and now I'm allowed to bend it more than 90 degrees and to walk. Yesterday I did some bending exercises and I helped bend it with my arm cause it kinda hurts in the back of the knee when I do it without help. When I activated my muscles during the exercise while it was bent I heard and felt a loud pop and now I'm scared that I re-tore it. It now still hurts in the back of the knee on the inner side where the meniscus was repaired but just when I activate my muscles or bend the knee past 90 degrees, not when I walk. Does that mean it wasn't the meniscus and I should be fine?
