- Orlistat is a reversible intestinal lipase inhibitor that can produce weight loss in patients with obesity. This drug inhibits absorption of triglycerides by inhibition of cleavage enzyme lipase.

@@n.g.p7394 i used orslim with proper treadmill walk .also i stopped eating ride .and also i was taking lemon in morning and stop junk food .only roty and vegetables .i lost 20 kg in one month i was like skeleton
@@samiyyamharees5262 i used one pill in start but after 15 days i was taking orslim after lunch and dinner there was so much spots and stool but it's good mi daily changed trouser two times

@@piya154 not for me. It gave ne tummyache. It was uncomfy because of the oily discharge. Nothing beats proper diet, nutrition and exercise.
