Treatment of nose bump and recessed chin

Often when the nose appears large from the profile view it is the balance of features that is incorrect, rather than the nose itself. If the chin is underdeveloped in particular, it can make the nose look larger than it is. In this case, we use some filler to even out the bump on the nose and some filler in the chin to balance the profile.
