It’s great to hear the reality about how some people in her camp doubted her ability in her final years, and her persistence and resilience to prove herself right. I truly think if Whitney had the right support around her, and love, her voice would’ve restored back to her My Love Is Your Love era. Which that voice had glimmers of all her eras, but that was possible.
She got rid of the people that truly cared and replaced them with leaches

When Diane Warren wrote “Love Will Lead You Back,” she considered Whitney to sing it. She had Whitney in mind; however, Clive rejected it and told Diane to give it to Taylor Dayne, which Taylor did an amazing job. I always wanted to know how it would sound it WH recorded it
Let down Clive did was rejecting Michael Jackson who wanted Whitney to duet with him on "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" on his 'Bad' album. Clive definitely wrong missed thet magic chance by stoping that Michael and Whitney duet song from happening !!

Worth nothing, those "Chicago" horns was Whitney's idea. She had to convince David to go back, because she thought the song was missing a serious horn arrangement.
Thank you!!! Diane must have forgotten or didn’t know. Whitney should have received a producer credit for that. It’s also a shame that he didn’t believe Whitney couldn’t hit the notes on “I didn’t know my own strength,” but Diane knew she could and she did.
