I got one of these a couple of weeks ago. Took forever to get to me in Japan and came beat the hell up, like yours. I'm kinda surprised you hadn't seen the foam box, I've had a few of those. My car was trashed tho. I complained to the seller, no dice, kinda rude. But Ali stepped in a sorted it out nice for me. Cheers Ali, new respect. I had to replace some stuff in the front end and the body is wonky af but my Herbie got character now. It is a magnificent body.

I'm really can't say. If it's new, you might be able to get a warranty replacement. Check the functions on the transmitter too, it may be a throttle trim issue

Everything is well sealed, some compressed air and soft brush cleaned it right up đ
