- Peeping Toms targeting women shoppers inside dressing rooms is a creepy phenomenon. Michelle Chandler says she was in a dressing room of a department store when something caught her eye under the partition. The Colorado woman says she grabbed the alleged peeping Tom and held him in a 20-minute headlock until cops got there. At one point, Chandler actually sat on the suspect to prevent him from fleeing.
Guy thought he was getting free OF content, but instead he got a HEADLOCK and JAIL.
You can post other people on OF without release forms, OF will literally just remove your video until you can provide release forms for the other person shown

It took almost an hour for the cops to show up at my house during an active robbery with me still in the house(hiding) and the thieves snooping around. By the time the cops arrived, all I could do was roll my eyes at them because the thieves already got away about 20 minutes before, with minor electronics and my mothers cheap jewelry(she kept all of her expensive ones out of sight).
Note to self when calling the cops for help: dont expect them to get there to help you right away, they can't teleport.

when I was 12 a guy tried staring through my window while I was watching tv I casually walked out to tell my dad and he ran after the guy. The guy got away but ever since then I always kept my windows covered. Wasn’t really a trigger for me but it did teach me these kind of things do happen

I hear ya. It depends on the establishment I guess. A pizza place on Capital Hill in Seattle has multi-sex/-gender bathrooms, but the fully-enclosed stalls all have floor-to-ceiling doors, and they're quite sturdy too.

The dressing room partitions should go all the way to the floor. This way nobody can spy on anyone while they’re in the changing rooms. Easy fix.
I think some stores stop doing that because they were incidents of people like dying in the dressing room. And also shoplifting 🤷♀️. What they need to do is just have harsher punishments for creeps. No one would be a peeping Tom if it involves life in jail.
The sides of the dressing room should go down to the floor and the door can stay the way it is so that way there's no safety concerns

Yes, even as a guy I too have to deal with short bathroom partitions when I need to 💩 in an emergency while in public.
Some parents even just let their little kids crawl UNDER the partitions.
Having a small partition in the room to undress behind would resolve any safety issue. It would allow for the room to be accessible still while also giving people concealment
This is why I always have my husband present outside whenever I’m going into a dressing room or bathroom now. Too many creeps feel it’s their right to target women.

I use to work at Nordstrom Rack and this has happened. I was a fitting room attendant and the amount of male customers that would ask to change in the female changing room was crazy. I even had male customers arguing with me to get to the female dressing room . I had a male customer one time who just went back there and I immediately called security. It got so bad we had to get security to stay with me at the fitting room. Im glad they’re bringing more awareness about this. I had no idea this was happening at other retail stores. It’s disgusting!

To me it is weirder that she would be legally allowed to keep some person in a headlock for twenty minutes. Is she an alleged victim, or is she judge, jury and executioner? Isn't this assault? The U.S. truly is weird.
I mean, imagine she ends up actually hurting the person in the struggle. Now imagine that for whatever reason it is the wrong person. What then? We're not even talking about self defense, about some situation where someone's life was in danger or where violence was necessary and there was no time to think, etc. So, generally speaking, is it really the case that you can be walking around and get 'detained' by some random citizen with no authority at all, just because they think you're guilty of something? Whenever I go shopping, I always make sure I bring a friend or a relative with me. I always ask if they can hang out in front of the dressing room. To keep an eye out on things, good for this lady and employees for holding him there, till the cops got there.

This is why I don't try clothes on in stores. I usually check the size, check that the material is wide enough to fit around my widest parts, and that I can return/exchange it and try it on at home. 9-10 times I don't have to go back to the store. Assuming I go to a store, usually I just buy online
