How long does it take with one full batttery trip?

Ive been trying to buy the board, but you cant talk to anyone. Nor do the boards exist anywhere to look at. other posts suggest they have been waiting over a year for their board? Does anyone now of anyone that has purchased one?

...what happens if I run out of power far away from the shoreline ? ....does this board paddle easy ? what happens if I hit the shallow bottom, or a rock at high speed. I noticed that no one in your vids or advertisements wears life jackets, are they not needed because this unit is so safe ? Since it attains speed, is it classified as a boat, and so mandated to have all boat licences and insurance to go with ?....Sorry, but this really doesn't seem logical to me. Sorry.

...as a long time surfer, and swimmer myself, these are questions that all potential customers of this product should be asking....especially the safety issues with a jump-on-it-and-go type water projectile.

That does look fun. Seems like that skinny kid is faster than the rest. Not surprising since it looks like the underwater wing is short and fat. A longer, skinnier wing would probably reduce the speed penalty for heavier people. I think fredofre's 500 watt figure might be considerably lower with a longer, well designed wing. Of course it might also be more fragile.
This vehicle has the skinnier wings. I suspect that the low quality video may not be playing at the right speed, but he did get up to 21mph:
