GUILD WARS 2: The Deadeye - Detailed Class Guide [Path of Fire Thief Elite Spec]

This is an up to date Guild Wars 2 guide covering everything you need to know about the Deadeye, which is an elite specialization of the Thief. This video shows off all of the weapons the Deadeye can use and looks at all of the individual weapon skills. It also has a look at all of the healing, utility & elite skills the Deadeye has at it's disposal. It then goes on to look at the elite specialization for the Deadeye and what each individual trait does for your character. The video finishes with a short combat demonstration with a basic Deadeye build so you can see what it looks like when it all comes together.

They should make the rifle 1 explode in a small radius like the engie pistol, just to make it more viable in pve. As is I don't remember the last time I saw a deadye in any dungeon/fractal/instance

the only thing i hate about playing a deadeye is the fact that it has 0 aoe skills and is just a pain to play in pve

What happens if you don’t have deadeye equipped in build? (Specialization) Would steal come back or is it permanently gone?

If you don't have the deadeye spec equip, steal would come back and you would just go back to a core Thief 😃

Is deadeye useable in solo PvE? Not necessarily with a rifle.

yeah quite good in pve, but not in too many horde of mobs :( but you can enter/exit in combat with ease that's what im doing right now. im using double pistol as an alternative when im in cornered then switch again to rifle

Some constructive criticism: you could reduce the length of the video if every time you read a tooltip you didn't then repeat everything that the tooltip just said.
