Hey Megan thank u for this video. Could you make a video about what to say or ask when on a phone call with a brand. How do you structure the conversation? What important details do you look to get out of it by the end of the call ? I have calendly setup on my portfolio but I am super nervous about jumping on the call yet excited and I don’t want my excitement to let me forget important things. Lol 😂❤

Lol yes I actually did come here to stalk your prices. Ive been a content creator's for 3 years and started UGC about 1.5 years ago but ive always thrown out random numbers so now I decided to search and see how to price the right way 😅😂... btw you explain everything so well! I found like 4 other ppl to see how they priced and yours made the most sense. 🎉🎉
I had some companies that wanted me to buy the product and to put the price on top. I always need to explain that I have to pay 40% taxes and I would lose some money this way. And I also noticed that alot of the companies dont read my full terms and asking the questions instead. The time I wasted just to answer questions over and over again and debate about my prices with the customer is nerve-racking sometimes.
Do you think if there was an AI that answered their questions based on your terms instead of you having to read and answer over and over, it would be a worthwhile business expense to solve this problem and free up your time? I'm thinking of having this AI solution built.
@@paxintegrityelizabethstoia8443 I think it comes down to the cost vs benefit factor. At the moment I wouldn't consider such a solution because I don't have that many customers at the moment, but with a larger customer base I wouldn't be averse to paying money. The question is of course how to implement the AI solution on different portals.
@@colorido-medio That makes sense. If the portals have APIs, they can be integrated into one AI dashboard for you so even with multiple portals of communication, you would operate from a centralized location, instead of logging in and out and checking/ responding to messages on multiple portals.

Question for you! What if a brand just wants B-Roll and wants a custom price for that after you already sent your rates? Do we charge more or less than 1 video?

How much do you charge for the raw footage?
It depends on the overall project budget! But for example, if it was $400 for one UGC video concept, I would charge around $150 for raw footage typically. Almost always is a negotiation with the brand though :)
