My ex boyfriend after I broke up with him said alot of nasty things about me . He made sure to destroy my name and he was Muslim. But I know why he did that he treated me like trash for almost a year and expected me to still stay. He never thought I would live him. Lol. Am glad I left that toxic relationship he was so miserable after the break up he looked so bad, he smoked weed, drunk alcohol and he got thinner and thinner. Me on the other hand I joined my college and moved to my new apartment. I Thank God for blessing me

Mashallah, such a positive person. I have struggled a lot with people saying bad things about me or doing bad things to me. One thing I dislike is that some people know exactly how to get me mad and they do such then make themselves look like the victim. Sadly, I had been pushed to the point of wanting to end my life and constantly questioning to Allah, why me? Allah has kept me alive and safe, Alhamduhlillah.
For anyone struggling, keep on being patient because Allah rewards those who are patient.

I was hurt by my own relatives I was disappointed but when I heard this bayan my eyes were filled with tears I said to Allah give me sabr
This is what I needed. One of my close friends started treating me really bad and talking bad about me. I kept ignoring but one day I snapped at her when she disrespected me and I suffered a financial loss. I put my ego aside and still apologised immediately she refused to accept it. I was so anxious and felt bad I apologised again. My friends said to me I’ve done my best Yet I tried to apologise a couple of days later again for the third time but she switched me down. Yet she went around to everyone in the house and outside and talked horribly about me. I left and came to my family home. I’m now getting out of my contract and moving back home despite not saying a word to them for 3 months or seeing them they’re still talking about me. Looking back this is the best thing that could have happened to me, this way I’m closer to Allah. My last 3 Ramadan’s I’ve been away from home and fasting by myself. With Ramadan fast approaching I’m looking forward to finally be able to spend time with my family. It’s a shame I lost my friend but clearly Allah knew our hearts and future better for us than we ourselves do.
May Allah grant Mufti the highest level of Jannah, Ameen

Remember your wish can come true. When i discovered Mufti Menk on you tube I was thinking what a great person. I was listening him every day on you tube and thinking if I only have chance to see him or listen his lecture in real life I will be so happy. And one day I saw poster on mosque door that Mufti Menk is coming to visit our mosque, where my children are going to madrasa. I couldn't believe that the person who is living thousands of kilometres away from us is coming to the place where I am living. I was feeling the luckiest person😊

I really needed this.. I’ve been treated unfairly at work. I was feel very low.
This was really helpful....It's really hard to get that sabr when you are in such a situation...we may sometimes feel weak for not reacting. Now I know remaining calm and remembering Allah are the best things to do in these situations.

I am going through depression because my younger siblings said untruth and unfair things against me. Even if they raise questions against my iman, my salah. They don't fulfil salah every day. They said that I fulfilled salah just because I want to be the favourite to my parents. They meant that I just pretending religious to my parents and others. That makes me so much depressed. Sometimes I think that how could they said something as such against their sibling. Now, please suggest me how can I get rid of this problem.
I was in a such bad place inside my mind and soul cause of this, my boss treat me like nothing all the time say bad things and put me down all the time.
Today i was more sad than the others work days. I enter in youtube and this video apear in my feed in first place, after i watch and understand all the menssage

Mashallah very great advice. The strongest person in the world is one who controls his anger. Its very difficult to control when anyone abuses us. Allah must give everyone patience.
I used to be very judgemental and speak so badly about people. I didn't change (and probably never would have) until I was the target of other people's judgment amd backbiting. The part that hurt the most was so know that is how I might have made someone else feel. People are put in our lives for a reason. For me, these people are a reminder not to hurt others the way that they have hurt me.
Yes , i go through very bad time iam going to tuition and some body start teasing me with very heat ful word my brother was seeing it but I don't say any thing I just kept patience , but just i thought how long I have to suffer this .😞
