Dear Mufti Menk! I am a new Muslim, 4 months ago since my Shahadah. Your videos have helped me so much Alhamdulillah, and I am also a yearly sub on Eman Academy, so you’re a big part of my daily life.
While watching this video my tears was almost like a waterfall, and I actually had to pause it and go pray Dhur/Zuhr and during my Salat, all of them the Sunnah and Fard, I felt so pure and so close to Allah swt. Now I know everything comes from Allah, and that He alone is worthy of worship and that nothing or no one can ever compares with Him.
And yes I know that 100%!
However I need to say Jazakallah kheiran to you for bringing me closer to Allah swt. I’ve never commented before, but both as a victim and as a former drug addict (as a teenager I did a lot of stupid things, and I am the only Muslim in my entire family, so…) this video just made me write to you that I am so very thankful for all your good work. Your videos are truly inspiring and helps me in so many ways you have no idea. In my country, Norway, where I am born & raised & live, the negativity towards Muslims is just so intense and even my bestfriend is member of an organisation that wants to stop Islam from growing or having any effect in Norway. So from all sides there’s someone laughing and making fun of my faith; Islam. You’re videos have saved me so many times, by the mercy of Allah swt of course. But I want you to know that you have helped me in a way I never thought was possible. Every doubt that shaytan puts in my head gets erased and replaced by a stronger and stronger iman. You’re a great speaker. (Sorry I do have ADHD, so my words are all over and I am truly sorry about that) I love your cartoons as well. The Imam’s and Sheikh’s in my life are busy with checking out and validating boys/men because I am getting married in shaa Allah, I am super scared and shy and nervous because I am new Muslim as well as very limited knowledge, but one Sheikh thought I had been practicing for seven years due to my knowledge, and your videos are a huge source for where my knowledge is coming from so shukran lak. You make me cry almost every day because you remind me not to loose hope in the mercy of Allah. I’ll always be grateful for your guidance and uplifting speaches as well as your funny sides. And I especially love the way you describes how a marriage should be.

I was just crying my past and I see that now.
This really helped me. If Allah can forgive us for the wrong that we've done then surely we can forgive our brothers and sisters and not hold their past against them. We all have a past and none of us are better than the other. I'm very thankful for this lesson this evening. This really made me take a double look at myself. May Allah bless and keep you all...

I came accross a post where a lot of people were hating on you for being a false educator. Very disturbing what people do with their time. InshaAllah your name is cleared. I might self now wear the hijab. I’m a convert since 2013. I have had some things happen in my past... as I can see you have as well.. even how you speak you have also had a bad or questionable past. We are the best teachers because we have actually been through these things we are teaching about. I like your videos. I used to have a tarot channel. Now I’m making my channel into counselling and bettering people and InshaAllah leading them to the right path. May god help us all into the right and correct path. As I say in all my prayers. Ameen sister. Im also a convert (I'm 13 years old) but I have converted last month. Sadly I have already went astray and I can't believe myself my family is very islamaphobic so it's very hard to be be happy and practice me religion. I honestly don't know if I can pray because I don't have a prayer carpet, hijab and I also am trying to learn the raka'ats. I wish I could practice my religion but I think I have to wait until I'm older to do it correctly and it saddens me deeply. For now I will do such things like listening to Quran recitations, making dua, and trying my best to educate myself on Islam in anyway possible. I will try my best but I still don't feel like a true muslim which gives me mental health issues. 🙁 I will have to check out your channel! I hope you can stay safe and happy InShaAllah :)

I was catholic for 26 years, I've converted last January 2022 and I have never felt more at peace right now than I was before. I am away from my family working for more than 4 years now. These past few weeks, my grandmother had been commenting my posts about Islam and her comments are in a form of harassment and she would chat me as well saying mean things about Islam and about the Muslims (as well as my partner who is a Muslim). I don't wish her harm, but I pray that she would have an open mind and accept my reverting to Islam.
May Allah make it easier for me and give my family an open-mind and an open heart.

I start praying five times a day! Since two months ago I lost my mother with a heart attack and actually life hit me and woke me up my mother was young she was only 55.... she died in front of me that was the difficult part of my life that I face.. I always think it wasn’t her time to leave because she was pretty much exercising and eating healthy sometimes I try to not forgive myself and but my heart gets weak because I still feel I am dreaming but then the next day when I wake up my whole house is empty then I get very weak cry and ask allah to help with this pain that I’m going though! The pain of a parent will never get replaced... sometimes my mother used to say you don’t appreciate me until I’m gone I wasn’t thinking about it because my mom grandma is a live she is 90 and my mom is 55 I always thought I would have her but since I lost her my mother my life change! Losing both parents both of them when you’re alone it’s very very difficult! 😭😭😭😭
Sometimes I feel sinful but then I run then pray because right now beside allah I have no one to cry and no one can feel me except allah

I've come across syeikh mefty's channel recently,when i saw his video at the first time,i can feel that the messages he delivered in his speech are so soothing and peaceful that i think it can easily be fathomed even by anyone who has no clue about islam,and i love the way of his speech,such a wholesome and peaceful way.Because i've rarely run into preachers delivering the speech this wholesome and peaceful like he did these days.Hopefully May allah always bless you,protect you from any harms and keep you for staying down to earth so that you'll always be able to spread the peace of islam :) ameen🙏

Over punishing more than required for the crime is also a crime what an enlightening statement ustad.
This clip resonates with me on so many levels. I’ve forgiven someone for their deception and conflicting words and actions. I forgave straight away for various reasons. 1) Love is a forgiving action to self and others, 2) I’m not a victim, rather Allah created me and will protect me if I connect to my creator, 3) I realised I was being tested I overcome in so many areas but let myself and Allah down in others, 4) I have faith and gratitude, seeing beyond struggles is breathtaking in the glory of Allah.

My dear brother Mufti Menk. I got rock bottem in 2018. I had a great loss in my life and everything went wrong. It was a huge test from Allah(swt) Subhanallah. I wanted to take my own life from being so depressed Astagfurilah. I found your video about hard times in life. That video changed my life and brought me back on the path of islam. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for reaching out to our Ummah. Especially to the young people in our Ummah. May Allah bless you.

I’ve hated myself for so long because of sins I’ve committed and that I’ve “repented” but then continued to commit those same sins. The self hatred I’ve had for myself because of this has existed for longer than I could remember (probably began sometime during high school). I’m literally crying right now I’m realizing that it’s been satan this whole time whispering in my ear that it isn’t a big deal.
Recently I’ve been truly changing my lifestyle and although I haven’t converted yet, i have been following the practices to see how it may change me. I’m glad that someone I knew sent me this today, it has reminded me of how merciful God is and how the devil will tell us lies to lead us astray.
