So those buildings will have actual ambiance music like this.

Well...Catholic Hymns would be correct. The people who write Warhammer 40K use Latin as the go to for "High Gothic" in the 40K universe. Everyone else who don't speak High Gothic speak a form of Low Gothic....Low Gothic meaning "English" or some other Dialect. There are many different forms of Low Gothic.
Ironically, they could probably be more relatable to the regular Guardsman or Sister compared to Sapamanders since BT’s, to my knowledge, are one of the only chapters that actually worship the Emperor.
