  • Here is a glimpse into my weekday morning routine as a corporate 9-5 worker in New York City. Since filming this routine I’ve actually started to wake up at 5:30AM on the weekdays. I go to bed by 10PM and try my best to have the lights out by 11PM. I've build this habit since I was 10 going to swim practice. Plus my name is Dawn so I am who I say I am ;).
    For anyone who is trying to wake up early every day, I recommend pushing yourself to go to sleep earlier and waking up earlier one day at a time. Set the goal to do it three days in a row, then five days, a week, two weeks, etc.
    Make it a challenge with your friends and message each other in the mornings! =)
    Healthy habits take time to form, but as we all know, they are the building blocks to our life. They make us who we are. Walk the talk! I hope this was entertaining and inspirational!
