Yes, you can hack saw thru PVC Pipe and you can use a standard carpenters saw, but if you want to go fast and have nice clean cuts, you'll want to use one of these ratcheting pvc pipe cutters. You can find them here on our website:

I use a Ridgid plastic tube cutter. Yes you have to turn around the pipe many times but at least it’s perfect cuts
