Cranked my computer up to a truly absurd volume and listened and when you see Leia it is the "Help me Obi Wan Kenobi". Whe you see Kylos destroyed helmet you can hear 'He was seduced by the dark side". When you see the books yoda says "Surrounds us, binds us". Clues leading to the possibility of some force ghosts? I don't know. Also rip my eardrums.

I saw someone named Melleh/TheSwePlayer1 make the comment on the official channel trailer, but who knows if it originated with them either? Maybe it's like a meme, spreading across the Internet without being able to be pinpointed.
We won't really know for sure what Luke has been up to until the movie starts. The Island he's on, seems to be devoid of trees. Maybe they find the force sensitive trees in the movie though, I think that would be a cool way to help try to defeat Kylo and the scattered first order, after the fall of star killer base.

i think the strange rock from the ant man trailer could well be the ant farm we see in the film, possibly an allusion to the ant-man, the title character, who shrinks to the size of an ant

It'd be cool if turns out Rey barged in on Luke's extended bitchin' vacation. Fishing, surfing, tanning, just generally taking it easy. Then he has to pretend to be an expert at all the Jedi stuff he's pretty much forgotten about for twenty years. Hilarity ensues.

The prophecy was always about bringing BALANCE to the force. What if that was more literal and means a Balanced path instead of having only Light and Dark sides.
I really, REALLY wanted this to be the direction they went. It really would have tied the whole saga together into something more cohesive.
I think that Luke is going to train Rey as a Grey Jedi. Balance to the force, not heavily light side of the force.

That's only logical. And this little storyline has potential to be substantially different than Empire Strikes back. My greatest fear, another blatant rehash. But this movies seems to tell a different story. That's fine by me. They have to explain Rey's super powers tho. The chosen one was used before. I can accept the idea of Luke "sending energy" to her using any mumbu-jumbu multicolored jedi extravaganza. Or she is relatable to a fallen grey jedi, relatable to something unknow. Anyway... Anything is more acceptable than chosen one/skywalker family for the third straight time
seems so and Kylo ren might eventually embrace the light side and be a grey jedi as well...and eventually sacrifice himself against Snook to protect Rey..but its just a theory!!
Except that there's no such thing as a Grey Jedi; Pablo Hidalgo confirmed that you're either a Jedi or you're not. There's no shades or sub-set.

I do think that Luke is rather disenchanted with the Jedi and possibly closer to the dark side than other wise. Rey might be the trigger to remind him of the good that he and Jedi are actually capable of doing. The poster really gives me that vibe with Luke's face being tinted with red and her being the light to cut through that

I think this will be the FRESHEST Star Wars movie since disney purchased it. I have faith in Rian Johnson and his dark creative spirit. Don't be discouraged by this. This was simply a teaser meant to lay the groundwork for Rey and Luke's character development since the last time we've seen these characters. Yes it will be dark like empire, but. Don't believe it'll be as similar to empire as tfa was to a new hope. We're in good hands people👌🏻 hang in there.
Yeah buddy, I hope this movie don't copy Empire from start to finish. There's already too many references. Dark enviroment, Jedi training, battle in the snow, etc.. But these are the limit, I don't want to see anymore rehashed stuff. Also, we all know the First Order will "win" at the end, but let's hope the movie can be interesting enough until the inevitable.
I'm just grateful that there are still questions after this trailer.

D Mann he also got shot in the torso and managed to have an intense dual. Dark and light side force powers include endurance and healing. He seems to be VERY strong in the force because he cans do insane things like freeze a blaster bolt/laser in mid air for an extended amount of time. We've never seen that before! Who knows...
He was probably put into a bacta tank. Bacta in Star Wars, is a liquid that helps with healing. It's what Vader was seen inside of in Rogue One and Luke was seen in one in Empire.

The bacta thing but also the scar seemed bottom-face heavy, and we aren't able to see his cheek in that shot. I bet it'll be deeper and more significant when you see his whole face
