- Ellen DeGeneres was spotted out in public for the first time since her ex-girlfriend Anne Heche crashed her car into a home in California. Heche is now in a coma and on a ventilator in critical condition after the fiery car crash. The former talk-show host dated Heche from 1997 to 2000. DeGeneres says they do not talk to each other anymore but wishes her well. Rosie O'Donnell is also apologizing for making fun of Heche back in 2002.

She walked to a strangers house from the desert like it was all normal before as well with barely anything on and asked to have a shower and wanted to watch something on TV. The occupant called police to help. She's had trauma in her life. This accident may be another episode as well as her using substances. Hope she survives and gets help. That car scene, the speed and sound is chilling. You'd think she had a death wish. Nothing normal about it. She's not trying to be quirky or interesting.

I agree. This could have easily turned out much more tragic than it already is...the woman she almost hit going through the alley, not to mention the woman in the home she busted into with her car. That woman had her home and everything in it destroyed. I feel sorry for Anne, in the fact, that if she survives, her life is forever changed. She made the choice to get behind the wheel...she could have called a ride share...a taxi, a friend, if she needed to go out. Or stay home and go to bed. The decision she made was obviously one that caused such turmoil.
