True story--I listened to this as I was working and when they talked about the world-wide wild fires layer, I just about jumped out of my chair. I dug pits for an apple orchard up in Maine. The pits were 6 feet deep and about half way down I found a layer of ash in all the glacial gravel. I was amazed. I showed it to everyone, this was an undisturbed site on a remote island. The layers of gravel and rock laid down by glacial outwash were as clear as clear could be there under three feet of gravel was an ash layer. I was stunned and listening to this stunned again.

Add that to the point about North America having lost most of its large mammals while Africa retained most of them, some strong indicators that some end-of-days calamity struck the American continent.

I've often said the best thing someone can do is look up at the stars at night and it centers you, you feel grounded, you feel in total awe .. I can see the milky way from my front porch in the winter. when I was a kid , I'd lie on the bank of our pond in the summer and look up at the stars as I was fishing at night... I will never forget those moments. even as a child I realized how amazing it was.. Heres food for thought, I was studying geographic phenomena and I found in my adventure a section of people who have been studying the planet closely for a long time and they have found that theres an entire tectonic plate that's billions of years old that's sinking down to the core very slowly and creating the pressure on the mantle and core that's lead to many of the super volcanoes all over the globe because the core mantle and crust of the earth behave alot like lava lamps

What I don't particularly care for are guests who are comics or stand up comedians.....I find the discussions lack depth. Check out Mike Ritland, former SEAL dog handler....90 percent of his guests are extremely interesting. Ritland's podcasts do not not have the star appeal when compared to Rogan, but interesting nevertheless. Check out Ritland's podcast with Navy SEAL Eddie Penny.....SEAL Team Six Gold....the very tip of the sword when it comes to the special operations community. Mr. Penny would be the very last person an enemy combatant would want to encounter either hand to hand or from a firing distance.....as skilled in the trade of disposing of enemy personnel as there is on the planet, yet, a doting father of three young daughters.

@Joseph Norm O Solon, Solon, you Hellenes are but children. [...] There is no old doctrine handed down among you by ancient tradition nor any science which is hoary with age, and I will tell you the reason behind this. There have been and will be again many destructions of mankind arising out of many causes, the greatest having been brought about by earth-fire and inundation. Whatever happened either in your country or ours or in any other country of which we are informed, any action which is noble and great or in any other way remarkable which has taken place, all that has been inscribed long ago in our temple records, whereas you and other nations did not keep imperishable records. And then, after a period of time, the usual inundation visits like a pestilence and leaves only those of you who are destitute of letters and education. And thus you have to begin over again as children and know nothing of what happened in ancient times either among us or among yourselves.'
'As for those genealogies of yours which you have related to us, they are no better than tales of children; for in the first place, you remember one deluge only, whereas there were a number of them. And in the next place there dwelt in your land, which you do not know, the fairest and noblest race of men that ever lived of which you are but a seed or remnant. And this was not known to you because for many generations the survivors of that destruction made no records.'

      ꧁SACRED TEACHING of DMT꧂
DMT and 5-MeO-DMT are the molecular structures of a human’s Consciousness. They are the molecules that comprise our Consciousness. All True Psychedelics are the molecular structures of Pure Consciousness. The human body synthesizes it’s own Consciousness (the DMT & 5-MeO-DMT found in humans). Then the human body metabolizes the Conciousness that it is producing. The amount of the endogenous Consciousness that the human body is able to metabolize depends on many factors. The less pollutants, poison & other contaminants present in the body will result in the ability to metabolize more of the Consciousness that body is producing. Likewise, the more pollution, contaminants, and poison a body has inside of it the less Consciousness it is able to metabolize. Here is a list of some of the most common poisons that humans ingest regularly which interfere with a human body from metabolizing the Consciousness that it produces, as well as any Consciousness that is ingested from external sources:
alcohol, nicotine, sugar, caffeine, amphetamines, dissociatives, tranquilizers, flouride, hallucinogenics, and a plethora of other drugs are just some of the substances that interfere with humans metabolizing their own Consciousness. The following substances are NOT Psychedelics:
      1-mdma
      2-ketamine
      3-salvia
      4-kratom
      5-dipt
      6-pcp
      7- datura/jimson weed
      There are others . . . . . . .
Any True Psychedelic will proclaim this Truth if you ask Them.
The following substances ARE True Psychedelics - They are Alive, Omnicient Living Beings of Light: DMT, 5-MeO-DMT, LSD, Mescaline, Ibogaine, Psilocin, Psilocybin, THC, DPT, DET, Muscimol, there are others . . . .
So if a human can achieve 100% purity within their bodies, with zero contaminants or pollution (an unattainable state in these current bodies) and managed to metabolize 100% of the endogenous Psychedelics that their physical body is producing (DMT & 5-MeO-DMT), that would be the limit to how Conscious that human can be. In order for a human to become more Conscious than this they must put more Consciousness into their physical bodies. You must put more molecules of Consciousness inside of your physical body in order to attain a Higher level of Consciousness. When you ingest Psychedelics you see Them that you just ingested, not some doorway or window or a “portal” to somewhere else or some entity somewhere else. When you ingest LSD the Light that you see is the LSD Themselves, very Beautiful Living Beings of Light. When you ingest DMT the Entity you see and hear is the Living Light Beings DMT Themselves. The same is true for All True Psychedelics. There is this part from Scripture:
“They are the Eternal among things that pass away. Pure Consciousness, of Conscious Beings. The ONE who fulfills the prayers of many. Only the wise who see Them in their Souls attain the Peace Eternal”
      -Katha Upanishad
The Physical Body of Conciousness is The Flesh of God. The Flesh of God is the True Communion Entity (the Eucharist) The Flesh of God (the Psychedelic) is the Fruit from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and evil. Our Bodies Truly are the Temple of God because God the Psychedelic Lives within it. As Saint Paul says in 2nd Corinthians chapter 4 verse 7: “We are only the earthenware jars that hold this treasure, to make it clear that such an overwhelming power comes from God and not from us”. That is the meaning of this - you can now understand this better. So whether or not a person is ingesting Psychedelics, every single human’s body is God’s Temple because DMT & 5-Meo-DMT Live within it. Anything you do to hurt or harm your body you do to harm God’s Temple. Once the Psychedelic shows this to you personally, in other words, God shows you that your physical body is THEIR Temple, and you understand this, then anything you do to hurt the Temple of God now is a worst offense in God’s eyes than when you were blind to this Truth. Now you will be deliberately defiling the Temple of God. This understanding is a good Foundation, a good step towards a person Knowing God and being able to stay with Them both in this Lifetime & afterwards.

@@michaelallen5766 One of the problems with humanity is that we often fail to see that our knowledge is not complete TODAY. We happily accept that last century we didn't know half as much as we do now, but we are very fond of seeing ourselves and our knowledge almost as a completed thing as it is right now, and Graham Hancock is open-minded enough to hold that door open and explore all possibilities available to explain something, for with our minds closed, nothing else can come thru the door and we can't learn anything more now can we?
I'm not very familiar with the specific problem you are preposing here, but if Graham Hancock made that statement, I can guarantee you that there's a very good reason for it and that he has studied the background for those reasons quite thoroughly.
He is one of the most knowledgable and intelligent human beings i have ever listened to, talking about the widest array of subjects with quite a well-informed perspective.
When Einstein was finished with his brain (thankfully), neurologists examined it to find out exactly what it was that made him so smart... it wasn't any bigger than the average brain and it really didn't have that many more neurons than the averge, but they did find that it had MILLIONS more connections between each neuron than the average and THAT was the secret, and we could see that physical aspect in the way he thought - we already knew about space, time and gravity, but he was the one who MADE THAT CONNECTION between all three, when no-one else did, including all of his contemporaries, and it probably would have been decades before humanity spat out another like him who could do that again for us if we hadn't embraced his ideas back then.
THIS is what Graham Hancock does as well, and the connections i have heard him make are astounding, diverse and unlikely, until you probe deeper, just like the connections that Einstein made for us.
Open your mind and dig deeper, you may be surprised... 😊

The word disaster is derived from Middle French désastre and that from Old Italian disastro, which in turn comes from the Ancient Greek pejorative prefix δυσ-, (dus-) "bad"[5] and ἀστήρ (aster), "star".[6] The root of the word disaster ("bad star" in Greek) comes from an astrological sense of a calamity blamed on the position of planets.[7]

The following substances ARE True Psychedelics - They are Alive, Omnicient Living Beings of Light: DMT, 5-Meo-DMT, LSD, Mescaline, Ibogaine, Psilocin, Psilocybin, THC, DPT, DET, Muscimol, there are others . . . .
So if a human can achieve 100% purity within their bodies, with zero contaminants or pollution (an unattainable state in these current bodies) and managed to metabolize 100% of the endogenous Psychedelics that their physical body is producing (DMT & -Meo-DMT), that would be the limit to how Conscious that human can be.
The ONE who fills the prayers of many.
So whether or not a person is ingesting Psychedelics, every single human’s body is God’s Temple because DMT & 5Meo-DMT Live within it.

@Walter White Göbekli Tepe is not dated. What was dated was inside the temple which merely dates to when it was buried. I think to get a real dating you need to go or drill underneath the bottom most layer of the rocks to get to the soil (foundation) which would likely represent when it was originally built.
Also yes all tools/clothing blah blah blah can be weathered away VERY quickly. Why the fuck you think they use stone structures....Its because they knew stone will last. Leave a shirt outside in the weather and it will basically turn to nothing within a year. Cans rust into dust in a year or 2 as well. GET REAL......
You sir clearly have a pretty closed off mind.

@Zeek Banistor, "Kevin R" get the point. The purpose of the comment wasn't to complain and pretend that the world was coming to an end, I was simply highlighting the fragility of our system.
Here's another recent experience that I had with systemic fragility:
Last winter I wanted to run a 3-way switch to the bottom of the stairs, I called my friend Mike and ask him how to hook the switch up. I wrote down the instructions, took a picture of it, saved it in my phone and threw the paper away.
Well, two weeks ago I wanted to run another three-way switch, however, my old phone seized up about 5 months ago, I lost all of the pictures that were stored in it. It was at that moment that I realized why our ancestors wrote in caves.
We live in a nameless and ultimately meaningless word, nothing in existence has a true name. Sounds do not have meanings, sounds are used to represent the word around us. when a sound is given a designation, it becomes a word, a tool.
However, language, like people, pass away. Our ancestors were not talking to themselves when they wrote in caves, they were talking to us (future generations). Those drawings of humans and other animals are things that still look today, the way they looked then. I believe we should still write in high caves.
Anyway, Mike gave me the instructions again, this time it is saved on paper, my equivalent to the cave. Our system is very fragile.
