Today I show you a new microphone that I got for my motovlog setup. The MOVO ACM400 microphone. I got this to replace my Purple Panda microphone. I show you my helmet setup, how to put the mic in, and then I go out for a test ride. Enjoy!!!

I was looking into purchasing the purple panda mic but boy am I glad I stumbled across this video! Will be purchasing the Movo mic now! I also did not like the idea of the adapter, I’ve heard from other creators that the adapter connection is finicky to maintain! Thank you so much, love the video!

I was searching for information about the MOVO ACM400 and stumbled upon your video. I must say, the microphone looks impressive, especially when you have your camera attached to your helmet. However, it's a shame that it's not wireless. I'm in need of a wireless mic to use with my helmet and camera positioned on the front part of my motorbike, rather than directly on the helmet itself. I'm curious if wireless mics from brands like RODE or DJI would perform as well as the MOVO. Have you experimented with any wireless mics while mounting your camera on your bike? I'd appreciate any insights you might have. Thanks a lot!
I have never used any wireless mics. I thought about it but the prices keep me away. I never really had any interest in going wireless so I don't know anything about them. Sorry I couldn't help you.

I understand ruined videos because of microphones
I’ve had it happen a few times. The worst is the GoPro adapter. The wire is so stiff it wiggles itself loose. Still plugged in but loose enough to disable the external mic. Then of course forgetting the Purple Panda adapter lol. This one is perfect.
