  • Qlayers' team has recently completed one of our (so-far) biggest coating projects in Houston, Texas.
In this project, the 10Q magnetic crawler was deployed by the partner Industrial crew to coat 40,302 ft² of the total exterior surface of a floating top storage tank, a high coverage area considering large completely inaccessible areas with staircases and protrusions.
This project proudly marks our first step in entering the North American market and demonstrating the capability of our robotic solution to boost the efficiency and safety of coating application projects.
The (Re)coating process is a crucial part of storage tanks maintenance, and it is typically laborious and time-consuming. With our innovative coating solution, we continue creating value for the asset owners, ensuring the application process is done with high speed, high accuracy and maximum safety standards.
